automated service is a horrible experience. If I was an elderly person I would have been lost.. I should not have to feel like I am taking a quiz to speak to a live person over a mail carrier not doing their job. The people at the branch are great but the automated service is unacceptable and needs simplified.

I've been here a couple times and every time I go, the women are always friendly and nice and super helpful.

I think the people that work there are very knowledgeable about the other services they also do! I am very HAPPY!?
