The day finally came for us today to have to make the move and get ourselves new phones. We aren't tech savy nor do we know much about anything other than where the power button is on our old Droid cell phones. Just our comfort level and what we have become comfortable with so we assumed we would just upgrade and get newer versions of our same phones. Man were we wrong. Drove an hour to meet my husband at the Wintersville store and make it all happen today. That was a mistake. Never again Wintersville. She obviously is a apple sales person only and there is no such thing as a moto razor phone...or time for any questions about anything. She can keep her ten years sales experience and out the door we went. Sunset Blvd Verizon Store (Kimberly) Made us welcome as soon as we walked in. Let us know she would be with us in a minute when she is finished with her other customer. She sat and explained everything to us. Made sure we were comfortable with our options and made us a quote to talk over and decide however we needed to. After a short conversation we let her know we were ready to go ahead and place a order for three new phones. She walked us thru it all. Answered everything we asked and made us feel comfortable enough we wouldn't ever question walking back in those doors. That's a huge purchase for us in one weekday and a huge change to our monthly bills. We just needed to be sure we understood what we were getting into and comfortable with our purchases. Kimberly made it happen for us. Completely turned our day around for the better and we know where to continue to go with our future purchases. To the owner who came in and introduced himself and shook my hand...Thank you and great job on hiring people that actually enjoy helping others with customer service.
