Lee Ann needs to learn customer service or she'll be stuck making $9 at convenient stores the rest of her life. She lacks the skill that makes her able to tell when she's disrespecting a customer let alone when she does it over and over without 1 of 3 brain cells telling her she's wrong.

You are cruel and the way you treat people is deplorable I wish you ill will in all of your personal and business dealings To the public do not spent your money at this establishment the owners and managers dont treat their employees with any respect or caring. Terrible place, most of the workers are really nice,but the owner not so much,he likes to make you do his job for little pay,and then when everything is said and done he will leave you high and dry for scheduling unless he gets desperate and does not want to go into work, he does not deserve reliable good employees working at his establishment,you will be taken advantage of if you let him. I have never been in an establishment that has been so disorganized in my life. This place is an absolute joke.

I am a nightly regular at this BP/7-11 and it's my go to gas station in Stow. The employees are friendly and helpful. I recently had my tire go flat at their station and they let me keep my car there over night to avoid a tow!
