About 1pm on a Friday afternoon, I discovered the spring on our door had broken (I - my car - was pretty much locked in). I called Action; they had a tech (Chris) out ASAP. By 3pm the door was operational. I, most likely, got lucky that they did not have a full schedule. Nevertheless, pretty remarkable service.
