We love those foaming scented soaps! Used the ap for pick up. Wow was it easy. Lovely, kind women pointed me to the pick up area upon my arrival. I didn't realize there was a pick up counter, and it wasn't at the very back of the store. Nice job Bath and Body Works.

Warning do not work here. I wasn't called in for an entire year. Only to find out my old bosses have quit. Awful place to work they don't tell you anything and if you're trying to make money you won't make any. I just got in contact with all of my old bosses and none of them work there anymore.

The employees don't leave you alone. I was in the store for 10 minutes and 6 employees "checked" I was okay

Group of 3-4 employees chatting at front of the store while there is only one cashier and a line of customers. This is not the only time this has happened. Please train your staff better.

Since they have made the store bigger, it's nice to have room to shop without fear of knocking stuff off the shelves. Staff is always friendly and inviting.
