Buck has done my roof twice now, 23 years apart. Also came out several times and resealed around the soil stack at no change. They always clean up their mess. Price is reasonable. Reliable folks.Services: Roof repair

************************ crew did a tear-off and replacement of our roof. The crew was very courteous and did an excellent job. The materials were top notch and they spent a lot of time on details such as the ridge vent, flashing, etc. After the work they cleaned up and we did not find one roofing nail in our yard our drive. Price wise, they were a little less than two other quotes we got. We used his company based on a friend who was very satisfied with their work.

If you're looking for a reliable, honest contractor who will do the work and honor the warranties, Buck Jones is NOT the person you want. The original work will be done in a timely manner but any problems you have later will not be taken care of. I had 2 doors installed and had problems with both soon after the job was finished. They were not installed properly in the first place. Buck never responded to texts or calls. I had someone else take care of them. Had a window seal break and Buck told me to call, order the new glass and told me to change the glass myself! He even came to my house to show me how to do it instead of doing it himself. Modern Builders replaced the glass. Again, Buck did NOTHING on any problems after the fact. I had windows, doors, siding & roof done. You would think he would be honest and responsible enough to do the right thing. He isn't. He was right there to take the money when the job was done but not to take care of the warranty work later on.Service: Roof installation

Buck Jones did my roof in 2021 and he did a more than professional job. I am very happy with the roof and his crew was really good, they did more than they had to. Buck himself was friendly and personable, he was patient and talked me through it beforehand, gave me a fair quote that specified what he would do, and proceeded to do more. I am always a fan of under promise and over deliver and that's just what Buck Jones Roofing did. I'm going to quote another reviewer that said 'Why would you use anyone else?' I thought that said it all. You should search the reviews and the OVERWHELMING majority are positive, that's what I did when searching for a roofer. Keep in mind that he is busy running the company, with his roofing crew, and who know what all else. He doesn't always have time to provide you with instant gratification, but he will make everything right. My experience with him was excellent and a lot of other people felt the same. I know he did a bunch of roofs in my area and everyone I've talked to said he did a great job.

Did a wonderful job on our roof at a very Affordable price. I will be calling him back for windows soon.
