Can't say I was impressed. I usually do my own nails but I'm 39 weeks pregnant so I can't reach. The gentleman did my toes and it was not great work. He didn't even touch my cuticle but painted over them and there was excess paint everywhere. I don't have bad calluses but he barely touched them and my feet were dry and prickly afterwards. The service was fast and they got me right in but I definitely will not be going back.

Can you wait here based on the reviews of how many people highly recommending this place. It was a birthday gift to me from my mom and the service and hospitality was nonexistent from the moment we stepped through the doors. The quality of work was lacking as well and it seemed like they didn’t care about what they were doing. I was kind of surprised to have the exact opposite experience as many raved about online.

The reason why a 3⭐⭐⭐ is because the lady took brown paper towel rolled it up and put it between my toes. Which I thought she was really playing. ?
Which once you get spoiled by spas you hold a standard for the rest.

Loved our experience our nail experts were funny and efficient however after a few days my thumb started separating from my nail needless to say I have to go back to fix it
The nails are Also really thick and we paid a lot the painting of the actual nail isn’t from side to side there’s gaps in the painting to nails

By far THEE most unprofessional place I've ever been. I had an appt at 5:45, and was called and asked if I wanted to come in early at 2:45. I did, and when I got there, the woman I was supposed to see wasn't even half way done with her current client. After 15 mins, I approached and said I wanted to keep my original appt time, and left. Five mins later, I get a call from the nail tech saying she "can't do my nails later" bc she already booked my time. I told her to call the other customer and say she made a mistake bc this was not my issue. I then heard customers speaking into the phone bc she had this ON SPEAKER with customers. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I have never seen such unprofessionalism so blatantly and proudly displayed. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.Service: Acrylic nails

Made an appointment with them. And walked out. They acted as if they didn't wanna do my nails. Went somewhere else. Gladly gave them my 30 dollar tip. Customer service is everything. Being professional and making a customer feel welcomed is important when running a business one would think.
