The customer service at this Carter’s store is terrific. They are so very helpful and really just make everything as simple as possible. I recently experienced some issues ordering online and spent HOURS on the phone with customer service and then “managerial support” and they weren’t able to fix my problem. I called the store and they said, “Come in. Bring your phone and we’ll place the order for you.” I was in and out in 5 minutes. My items were ordered before everything sold out! Should’ve gone to them first. Wonderful!

Telling a parent to put a mask on a 1 and newly 3 year old is absolutely unbelievable. Kicking people out because of that? Are you kidding me? The Ohio mandate is for 10 and over. Spend your money somewhere else.

Awful experience. They kicked us out because my 3 year old cannot wear a mask. She was screaming and crying on the way out & the worker had the audacity to tell me to come back soon. Yeah right. They will never get another dime of my money. They lost a loyal customer.
