I've been going to this bank for years but I don't know if it's change on owners or what but they have changed they overcharge me 200$ each week and every time I get paid I get paid they take out 10 dollars of my account which Is stupid

Reps are friendly at the branch level. Communication is lacking on their behalf when making important transactions. Sent me the closing agent multiple emails with no response back. Also was adamant with the Dollar Bank representative in their Pittsburgh office on the issue. Seemed like they didn’t care about my request at the corporate level and branch level. Service definitely has room to improve, tech needs to improve too. They use an antiquated business model from 1850 that just doesn’t jive with todays consumers in 2022. It all starts with communication with customers!

The bank itself is clean and comfortable..the people working in the bank are always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and Nicholas K was amazing, he handle all of our account needs perfectly. Very patient and understanding to my mother and I.

I just wasted two days effort and a week of time because this bank first wouldn't open my business account without a copy of my company's partnership operating agreement, ditching me to reschedule for a week later. During the second meeting they have an internal policy to have all partners come in to sign documents. I am the managing partner. Only I will be having this responsibility. I offered to send them the documents to be signed in front of a notary, but bankers insisted they had to sign in person even after I repeated three distinct times that was not possible. They just forfeited my good will and lots of future business.

Slowest bank Ive ever seen. Never had them cash a single check in less then 5 minutes.

Great experience! Wonderful team! Recommending this bank! I'm a customer of Dollar Bank since 2016. I have always liked the service of this bank. Recently, I had an issue with the international wire- I expected a large amount of money to be wired to my account. Unfortunately, money/ wire was lost in transaction between the overseas bank, corresponding bank and Dollar bank. Tracy Skelly ,one of the managers, came up with the help. She responded asap to my issue and made numerous contact calls to different departments. Tracy tried to communicate with overseas bank and gave me useful tips that could help me to get money. I really appreciated Tracy's assistance and support while waiting on the resolution of the case. After 50 days, the wire finally came to my account. However, I strongly believe that if not the help of Tracy, I don't know what would happen to my wire. Grateful and thankful for Dollar's bank team!
