“Reached out to a few ubreakifix locations for an emergency phone repair and this location was one of the only ones that could do the fix within warranty and immediately. Other locations told us to come back in a few weeks once parts became available which was not ideal. The service here was incredible! Support reps and technicians were extremely courteous and helpful. They called back when they said they would for various check-ins/inquiries and was very responsive. They did an impeccable job with the physical phone repair too and all within a few days..? 100% would come back and highly recommend this location over other ones in the area!”

The staff and owner are extremely thorough and made sure to explain everything in simple terms to me. They kept my studio clean while working in it and the owner even left to get a labeler and come back to make sure everything was labeled for me.
