They never answer their phone. You can’t call in to make an appointment. What kind of business does that???

I had an appointment with Kim. The first time I booked with her, she was pretty rough on my nails but she did a great job so I booked again. Today I left and immediately started crying because of how much pain I was in. Every cuticle has a cut or burn on them. Half of them were bleeding which she ignored until one cuticle was dripping blood and she couldn’t ignore it anymore. Anytime she used a drill on my nails it was like she was missing the whole nail and just cutting and burning my skin. When she put on any polish my fingers would be burning the whole time. She was so rough on my nails it almost felt personal. I’m really sad because she does great work and the salon is very nice but unfortunately due to this experience I will not be returning.

Shelly did an amazing job on my nails! I came in to have a previous set fixed from another salon, and she truly worked wonders with what she had to work with. She was so patient, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked clean, even, and exactly how I wanted it.
I will absolutely be coming back here—and I’ll definitely be booking with Shelly again. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone skilled, professional, and kind!

This was my first time visiting. Very clean, very welcoming salon. I booked for the deluxe pedicure and was pleased with my end results. Michelle did a really nice job and I have no complaints. I will return for service. The only downside that even on a weekday they were very busy, so I imagine you almost always need an appointment ahead of time.

Amazing people were able to fit me in last minute. Got a manicure and pedicure and they were super efficient and did a great job. Would recommend as it is nice and they make everyone feel welcome.

This place exceeded my expectations from start to finish! The owner Dj greeted me upon arrival and made me feel right at home. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Moe was my nail tech and she was seriously the best! I received a pedicure and full set of acrylics with gel. These are by far the best nails I’ve ever had. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the length, shape, and color. She was also a joy to talk with. Seriously the best all around! Booked my next 2 appts and can’t wait to return!

Elysian is the best! They’re clean, friendly & go above and beyond to make sure their customers are comfortable and happy at every visit. I don’t get my nails done very often, but over the years when I do I always pick Elysian and I never regret it. DJ is the best and he’s constantly working hard to make sure everyone is having a great experience.

I would not recommend this place. There system allows you to schedule appointments past 6:15 pm and then text you to let you know they cannot do your service. In addition, they do not try to accommodate you and help you to reschedule. DJ was very rude over text as well. Need better customer service. Will never be giving them business ever again.

Went to go get my nails done today. As they told me to wait to get my nails dry and didn’t came until 30 mins and started taking another client. I had to asked if I was done or not very disappointed also, i paid $75 with tips..
