Absolutey the worst bank I have ever done business with! My electronic transfers (EFT) took a week to complete. My current bank and brokerage accounts take one or two business days at the most for EFT's. Most recently we had not used the account for a few months and maintained a minimal balance. My most recent monthly statement indicated a monthly charge for the previous two months as a dormant account fee. So, I decided to go in and close the account. The tellers were not busy and no one at all was in the bank at that time. However, the tellers told me that they could not close my account, because I needed a banker to do it, but they were all busy. So I waited, and waited (more than10 minutes). Finally, I decided to leave and told them that I would make an appointment for another time. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I ended-up waiting about 10 minutes past my appt time. The Banker I saw looked up my account and advised me that my account was closed last month (without my knowledge). I never received a notice of the account closing or the dormant account fee. Never again! The people working in the bank were actually very nice and courteous as well. However, their procedures, protocol and even their website are absolutely horrible! Please "beware" if you are thinking about opening account there.

Michael, the General Manager, Ben, Logan, and Eric have ALL been exceptional in making me feel welcome, safe, and taken care of.After my account was compromised, Michael spent over 5hours(over the course of 2 days) with me, chatting, then speaking with customer service, until EVERYTHING was Resolved!

They got 10 people in line with one teller actually working while one worker sits at her desk doing nothing but greeting more people walking in like it’s Walmart. Do your job or I move my money elsewhere

If you should happen to forget your password and you don't have a credit card or paper statement Prepare to drive to a Fifth Third bank to make a payment. You'll never be able to straighten it out on the phone.

I stopped at the drive-thru this past week to cash a check. I gave the teller my debit card and my ID since I usually do not stop at this branch. The teller apparently realizing it was my birthday when she looked at my ID started singing Happy Birthday to me. It was such a pleasant surprise! Thanks again!

I prefer this location to do all my banking. The employees are very helpful and seem to care about their customers. When I have had an issue, they have helped to solve the issue quickly.

This is about 5/3 in general. They are closing their branches. (Kent,Streetsboro) Just to far away for me, I will be closing my accounts with them.

The bank froze my account due to "fraud" because I deposited a check at their ATM. I was told that my account would NOT be unlocked for almost a week and would be locked during the Thanksgiving week. I am no longer able to make purchases with my bank account during a holiday because of this bank. Do not bank with them.
