Dakota is so helpful and kind in the curbside department. He comes out to the car to explain unavailable items and suggest substitutes. Such a caring young man!!

I visited the floral department at Giant Eagle on Norton Road. Dottie was working, and she was an absolute delight! She created a huge balloon ensemble for me for Father's Day. She really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. And my dad loved the balloons! Honestly, Giant Eagle has the best floral department around. Other florists in the Hudson area are such a pain in the neck to work with - always sound irritated, stressed, overworked. On the other hand, Dottie at Giant Eagle was excited to help me. I asked her if she liked her job, and she said yes, I love my job. She added that she loves her working environment and the store management. Clearly, this shows because she was just so cheerful and friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to the floral department and hope I get to work with Dottie again!

This is my favorite grocery store in this area. Good produce and meats. They also have a nice selection of other products. The only bad thing I can say is that their prices are a quite a bit higher than my Kroger in Georgia where I live.

This place is horrible. Mountain Dew 12 packs are priced too high for one pack. Nothing is good here. Too much stuff for sale - makeup, medicine, food, drinks, shirts. Just stick with food. I do not like my food and clothing stores mixing together

Other grocery stores are way cheaper. I only go to Giant Eagle because they have the best deli prices.

It's a supermarket to shop for any kind of groceries, perishable and all. Next time passing by visit any Giant Eagle close to you, however, you can also stop by any of their affiliated companies like Get-go, Get-go Pharmacy, and Get-go Car Wash also coming close to you.

Just left Giant Eagle and had the worse experience. I’ve been going to this store for 3 years now and have NEVER felt like the way I feel now. Today I was in the store not shopping for myself but DoorDashing. I was looking for a bag of spinach and couldn’t find it. I saw a team member named Chris. I asked Chris could he help me find the item. Chris was VERY Dismissive but pointed to a bag then walked away. My kids and I looked in disbelief bc we never experienced rudeness here before. I continue to shop and seen Chris over by the meat section when I man said “ Hey Chris can you help me find” …some type of cracker. Chris stopped what he was doing to help this man. I said “wow that was a different response then you give me” Chris stated to me it was bc “ he was a customer” then I in returned said “ and I’m not” Chris said NO you’re Insta carting. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED! So you telling me bc I’m shopping for someone else at this time that I’m no one!? I told him I was going to speak to his manager and he said go ahead nothing will happen. I first talked to Sarina and to be honest after I talked to her I felt like Chris was right nothing was going to happen to him. So I talked to the Store Manager Danny and felt a little better but I’m still not convinced that something will come of this which is sad. I’m super big on customer service. And to be made less than bc I was “doordashing was disappointing.

Norton Rd is a great Giant Eagle. Always good product choices, produce is really fresh and good variety. The store is well organized and clean.
