Beware!!! These people are crooks. I went in to replace brake pads, and they took 3 hours just to do a brake inspection. After 3 hours of waiting, they came back to tell me that my calipers had seized and that I would need to replace them. To make sure I don’t drive anywhere else, they said that the vehicle was unsafe to drive in a bid to make me have them do it. A routine brake pad and rotor replacement which would cost around 500 became a 1800 dollar problem. I took it to 2 other shops to have it inspected and they all told me that the calipers were working perfectly fine. They will lie straight to your
face to make you spend money there. It was the manager that lied to me on Thursday July 18 2024. I hope you are proud of yourself you human piece of debris.

They never told us our vehicle was done. They gave us the wrong paper work and over charged us. The wrong paperwork has someone else's name/phone number/address/Vin number/car make and model. This is highly irresponsible and down right unacceptable.

This must be the nicest experience I ever had with tire or shop place , really nice knowledgeable staff , relaxed , no tricks , and they took me in after calling them 15min prior .

there were strange noises coming from the metal shield of my car, i went to them and they resolved issue in 10 minutes without charging anything. They are very good people.

My husband called Derek on a Sunday afternoon needing help with a leaking valve stem. He was extremely friendly and got us in and fixed up within the hour. We will definitely continue to use Goodyear to buy our tires and get services done.

My husband and I were shopping around for two sets of tires. We decided to go with Goodyear, not only for the price on their tires, but but because of Noah and the excellent customer service that he delivered to us. Great job, Noah!

Good tires and good pricing. However was recommended a wheel alignment I agreed. Was called back later and told that my car needed $3000 in front end work. I declined, and brought my car to my mechanic in Hudson on Chittenden Rd. They did the alignment. $98. Front was tight no repairs needed. For that, I give you one star .

I will never go here again. Very expensive !!! And now my abs , engine and traction control lights are on and they said I need to take it to a dealership.. I've heard only bad things from people after I already had work done, You would think a Big Named company would have better mechanics .. I don't even wanna take it back to them ti have it fixed,. SO I'll take it to a real shop. Thanks for nothing guys lol

I don't think they deserve one star. Goodyear corporate headquarters denied my $200.00 rebate for new tires. So glad Conrad's stepped up to pay me back because Goodyear are all crooks. Also this specific location used the wrong thermostat replacement for my Audi and they wouldn't fix it so i had to go to have the car towed to the Audi dealership so they could fix what the idiots at Goodyear did wrong....... Crooks

I received excellent service (needed a oil change and wheel alignment) from the Stow-Goodyear, I work a Kent State and needed a ride to work and also to be picked up, the driver (Noah-Driver - was very friendly and a gentleman offering to even carry my bags). (The Service Manager-Derek-Greets his customers and makes sure your service is done per request). When, I get service usually it can get done the same day or the next. I am very grateful for the ride to and from work, always offering coupons on prices. Thanks so much!!!

There is a saying. "When paying for any service you have to pick two. The work can only be done cheap ,fast or good. If you want it good and cheap, it won't be done fast. If you want fast and good, it won't be cheap. Well Goodyear moto is "you can only pick one."I came to Goodyear because I had a 15% off on my next oil change. The oil change took an hour and a half. Tires choice, right across the street does their oil change in a half an hour. So I think to myself, the oil change might take THREE times longer but at least I'm saving 15%... Right?"Oh the final price is already 20 dollars off with a coupon! ?" Everybody does a $70 dollar oil change. You can't use more than one coupon btw.In short, I waited 3x longer as I would have for the same service and price of literally any mechanic. I assume they get their business off of brand recognition. If you only ever been to Goodyear, I invite you to explore your options because this is not the standard.
