I am so very pleased with my new Trex deck that was installed by Hook Home Maintenance. To begin with, the customer service was excellent from the first phone call through the final review of the completed deck. The estimate was timely and quite reasonable. The install was seamless. Shawn and his crew were very efficient, professional and well-coordinated. The deck is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a home contractor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a flawless installation and a superior deck.

Hook Home Maintenance is fantastic! They do excellent work, are punctual and thorough, have good suggestions if you're not an expert on things like flooring and fans...... I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Had them come out to quote some projects. The guy doing that was super nice. The office workers were responsive. However I decided to go with someone else. A few weeks after my last email I was woken up to one of their workers at my door saying they were here to do all the projects I had quoted. We had to tell them repeatedly that no, we didn't have anything scheduled.

If you’re looking for honest, hard-working, and fair priced construction people this is the place to go. This is a father, son, uncle, multiple family operation. They have the highest rating with the plastic decking trex company for installing. They gave us a very fair price to do our deck. They can do just about any job. They recently moved to 4274 Hudson Dr., Stow, OH. I like that they’re local with an actual real office location.Service: Deck construction

Shawn Hook and his team are incredible! We recently had a complete basement renovation which included a bar area, movie room, two offices, a full bath, a gym, dance studio and storage. The thought and detail that went into this project were top notch. Shawn and his team were professional, kind, courteous and paid attention to every detail. They answered every question we had (we had many) and helped us make important design decisions for a truly functional space. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and included us in every decision that had to be made. There were no surprises. The project was on time and on budget. We were so impressed with the workmanship; we also had the team remodel our master bathroom, laundry room and do a patio project. Andrew from Hook Home Maintenance, did a terrific job on installing my new sink/vanity and medicine cabinet.
