We have three cars in the family. The oldest is a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that our son drives. 100+ miles, seen better days, etc. We are trying to do what we can to make it last. Integrity has been awesome to us. They do not oversell or push for extra repairs. They usually get us in same day or at the latest next day. We have never had to come back for a second repair. They have earned our business!!

They are very nice and very knowledgeable. But it sucks that I had to pay $72 and I got nothing because they could not figure out the problem.

True to their name. I got my car in fast, drop off was simple, and the communication was great even when I couldn't make it to the phone. They kept me updated on everything they found, whether it was minor or major, and the digital diagnostic rundown was great. Definitely recommend this shop.

The owner and the workers there were very friendly and personable as well as quick and efficient. I appreciated the inspection report they provided me with for my vehicle so I knew what was going on. Thank you Mike and Phil!

Best experience I have ever had with an auto repair need. My muffler was all the sudden very loud and clearly something was up. I called integrity and spoke with Mike, who was kind and knowledgeable. My car was fixed within 24 hours for what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. The texting system to see a report of the vehicle as a whole was really thorough and much appreciated. Will be returning for service in the future!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Integrity Auto! It took me quite a while and LOTS of trial and error to find a good auto repair shop in this area.
Integrity was the first one to actually show me, as a single young woman, some integrity! They were kind, respectful, answered my questions, and never tried to upsell me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic business. Excellent and speedy service. Their mechanic team has great car diagnostic skills to figure out where the rattle is coming from on your car.
It was awesome to meet Phil, the business owner, and see how Christ works through his life and business. I went there to get my car bearing’s fixed and left there feeling like my life’s spiritual bearings got renewed too!
Please ignore the review before mine from the heckler of a person who tried to call a car repair shop to get free advice on how to fix a car. I wouldn’t call a doctors office to try to get free medical advice on a symptom, lol!

Rude. I asked a simple questions. Was told it’s not a “charity or a college why do I expect free information.” “My guys make $50 an hour. I can’t afford to have them come off for 30 seconds to answer a question.” I simply needed to know if I was on the track for replacing my ABS module. I had all the information regarding it, just needed to know if their was any clips I should worry about or if I should pull the battery completely before doing it. Either “yes theirs clips to watch or not, and yes or no don’t pull the battery.”
This is exactly how you lose potential clientele. By being rude and non understanding of a young man trying to fix his vehicle safely and get it back on the road.

Phill and the guys at integrity and are a blessing; they are honest, knowledgeable, and morally upright. I brought my 2014 Taurus to them after I thought the engine had failed. They are the most amazing people. Phil and the integrity team helped me understand everything, including how, what, and why. They have a great system in place that allows me to view everything in detail by clicking on the link they sent. They worked hard with my subpar warranty company and supported me even when I thought there was no hope left. They fought for me, got it approved, and had it fixed in a matter of days. They answered all of my calls and questions along the way, and they did so with patience and understanding that I did not know a lot about cars. Their kindness meant a lot to me during difficult times. Thank you guys are rockstars.
