Booked appt online and they me called to cancel because no one would be in the office that day. Reachuled to a different day and they called me again to reschedule because no one would be in the office that day. Third times the charm so I called and literally booked with a tax pro for another day, and they yet again called me stating no one would be in the office. Very disappointed, frustrated, and overall dissatisfied with the poor availability.

Please do not go to this company for any of your tax needs. I was quoted a price for completion and was not permitted to pay until my taxes were done. They made me pay $40 more than what I was quoted, no exceptions. The owners apparently do not seem to care for their clients just their money. The staff was pleasant and understanding, but their hands were tied. Overall this is bad business. Save your money and go elsewhere. I wish I could give zero stars.

An appointment was made for 1:00 the same day. My preparer, named Crystal was right on time. She got right to work and within a half hour my taxes were done including a refund. She was friendly and was happy to answer any questions. It really was a great and efficient experience.

I arrived at 11 for my appt at Walmart in Cuyahoga falls. The accountant, Tanya showed up late. She did not say hi or tell me her name. Several times during our appt I asked Tanya a question and she said. "Like I told you already when u asked the first time..." The hour and a half session we had was very uncomfortable because most of what she said was either arrogant, insulting or inaudible because of the plexiglass and her mask. I've never reviewed any business ever in my life and I'm not easily dissatisfied with businesses, but this was just ridiculous.
