“Samantha went above and beyond with us. My fiancee is very indecisive and she was so patient and knowledgeable working with us to figure out what my fiancee likes. My fiancee wanted to take a day to think about her options so we chose to not purchase that day. When we came back Samantha was off but had given us her phone number in case we needed help. They were unfortunately short staffed and had multiple other parties being helped. Due to our limited time frame we wouldn't be able to wait an hour for asssitance. We had reached out to Samantha and she hopped right out of the shower and ran to the store on her day off and also a HOLIDAY to help us. Could not ask for better service. Exceptional. Matt did it quickly, but he also presented a better solution when it still needed to be re-re-sized (I could not bring my mom, so my initial estimate was way off.) I'd go back, plus it is local, having been there for years. And a surprise? There is a room dedicated to unique sports memorabilia. Did not expect that.”
