“This is the Laundromat we normally go to. Most of the time we come in and the people who work here are just awesome. Today is 4/29/25 and we came in around 3:20 to switch our laundry over. I had my 3 kids in the car and they all needed to use the restroom. My husband was trying to get in the bathroom and it was a struggle... He asked the lady for help getting in and she got an attitude with him for no reason. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she was very unpleasant since the moment we walked in. I didn't get her name but I didn't have a good experience this time.”

The other day, I stopped by 30 min after they were closed (not realizing they were closed) and the owner was walking out and locking the door. I needed my clothes for a business trip, and the owner opened the shop back up, powered on the wrack machine, and got my clothes. I highly recommend them!”

“Helen is THE best dry cleaner in the area, hands down! Her prices are far more affordable than any of her competitors and she does such a nice job cleaning your clothes. There have been times that I have been forced to use other dry cleaners for various reasons and I am always so unsatisfied. The other cleaners use awful smelling chemicals that leave a terrible stench on my clothing, they use pins and clamps to adhere my skirts to hangers which in turn leave imprints in the fabric. Helen doesn't do any of these things. Oh, and did I mention how affordable her prices are? Seriously, she doesn't price gouge like every other dry cleaner in the area! I cannot say enough good things about her and her business!”

“I recently moved to Stow with five loads of dirty laundry that needed to be washed ASAP. My unit’s laundry room was very inconvenient, so I searched for alternatives and found Laundry Time. I brought my items around 10 a.m. in a large laundry bag and was greeted by a very friendly employee.
I had never used wash-and-fold before and didn’t know how pricing worked, but she explained everything clearly. They weigh your clothes and give you a price upfront. The cost was very reasonable—especially considering how much time and effort it would have taken me to do all that laundry myself.
About four hours later, they called to let me know everything was ready. The afternoon associate was just as friendly and even complimented my Doc Martens, which made my day. When I got home, I found all my clothes neatly folded, perfectly clean, fresh-smelling, and organized in a plastic bag.
I’m so happy with this service and will absolutely be returning every laundry day. Thank you to the great staff and an excellent local business!”
