I called the store sent the pictures and The employees were very helpful and made sure a replacement will be on its way. “I purchased a queen size mattress and box spring, and a full size box spring here a few years ago, and I was impressed with the quality and price. Recently, my boyfriend needed a split box spring for his queen bed, so we stopped by and got exactly what we needed at a great price too. I definitely recommend Lifetime Mattress. They have a lot of mattresses in stock at the store, ready to go.”
“Purchased a new mattress from this place because I really did not feel like spending thousands of dollars on one and when we set it up at home, the mattress felt too plush, so we flipped it over and it felt a little better but felt different from the one at the store. So eventually I went to the store and spoke to one of the guys there about the issue and I tried the mattress that I originally purchased. It felt different. So eventually the guys spoke to the boss and had mine exchanged and the issue was fixed. Maybe there was a manufacturer issue with that mattress or I was sold a used mattress. Either way, they helped in resolving the issue and have no complaints. If you’re looking for a decent mattress that doesn’t cost a soul, mattress shoppe is the place to go. Just make sure you thoroughly test the mattress you’re interested so you won’t go through any issues.”
“Can't recommend this place enough! Recently shopped around for mattresses; OMF offered similar (arguably better mattresses) than what we were looking at at other places, all for about half the price. I almost got talked into a $4000 tempurpedic set at another place, but ended up going with another option at OMF for $900 and I am WAY happier. I could have gotten the temperpedic competitor mattress for I think $2000, but the bed I ended up with is a huge upgrade from the bed I'm coming from so it was all I needed.
Sales guy (Jeff) was super helpful and really knew his stuff. He was also willing to write up quotes for a few mattresses which I really appreciated.
Had OMF deliver as well. Nicest delivery guys ever and they were in and out in less than 10 minutes, even taking away the old mattress/box spring. Got the mattress delivered 3 days after ordering purchasing (I believe the guy said normally they deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays).”

I purchased a love seat and couch about two years ago from Wayside 100% online. I recently decided to do some remodeling and my current couch and loveseat won’t fit with the new design. So when I realized I needed to begin furniture shopping my first instinct was to check out Wayside’s site and see what they had. I wish they had fewer options to choose from as I spent way too much time trying to eliminate two of my three top picks. Anyways, made the decision and now for the second time made my entire purchase completely online. As before shortly after I received an email from Bob outlining the time in which to expect my furniture and because it is a special order set that it may be quite a few weeks. I anticipated that and am fine with the wait time. Bob is a real person, not some AI bot in a data center consuming our resources and polluting our environment! Real customer service as I remember it to be is still alive and well at Wayside! Thanks Bob! Anxiously awaiting the call to schedule delivery. :)”
