Mickey Thompson has great staff at this location, very friendly, the tires I purchased were in top tip shape, and reasonable price, I relocated from out of town and MT prices are way better then from back home. I highly recommend anyone looking for good reasonable tires and friendly staff to check MT out.

I'd give 0 if I could 1000 dollars a tires and it's the worst tires ive ever had on a vehicle. The 300 dollar tires blow these away. I have a set warranted out and within 5,000 miles I had the same issues with cracking along the bead and dry rot. Im very disappointed with everything especially the uneven wear and splits from hollow cavities in the rubber

I’m very disappointed with the inability to purchase Mickey Thompson tires in Italy. After putting in a lot of effort—searching through forums, Facebook pages, contacting 10-12 companies in my country and even abroad, and even emailing Mickey Thompson directly—I couldn’t find a practical way to get them.
I really love their tires and wanted to try 5 of them, but it seems almost impossible to get them here. The only option available was to pay over a thousand dollars just for shipping, which is simply too much. It really seems like Mickey Thompson has no interest in making their products accessible in my country, and that’s incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, I have to give up.

Tires are high quality. Bought a set for $1600 and keep getting denied for a $100 rebate claim, when the information is clearly provided that it was delivered by FedEx. Pretty trivial.

I will assume it is very apparent there is a case of nepotism or "good ole boy" system in place at this Stow facility. 6 employees have quit or were fired in the past 3 weeks??? The floor supervisor either has an uncle or close family member working for corporate - HR has ignored complaints for months - it's impossible to reach a live person...... Caulister is inefficient at his job and ( to be delicate) difficult to work with.

On 8/2/21 I ordered tires from an authorized dealer.Three days later I was given a 9/7/21 delivery date.On 8/25/21 my date was changed to 10/28/21.Called said dealer and was told the problem was Mickey Thompson.Called Mickey Thompson on 8/30/21 and was assured they had not missed any shipment dates to any of their authorized dealers.Asked if I could order straight from them and was told how.Went straight to their website and made my order.Was told a 6-8 week delivery.The next day I was given a delivery date of 9/3/21.Those tires were on my door step before noon.That man I spoke to had to take the time to look into what had happened and then took even more time to expedite the shipping to keep the delivery date their dealer had missed.To find a better company to do business with I would imagine one would be hard pressed.

This place really sucks to work at. They treat their employees horribly and under pay them as well.
