I feel taken by this business. They squeezed me in when I needed service and I feel they used that for an oppertunity to upsell me on repairs. On my last visit, they said I needed new wheel bearings that were quite expensive. I got a second and third review to find I just needed new tires from uneven ware. This is what I also suspected....

We have lived in the area just under a year and have had only positive experiences with Jason and his staff. Reasonable pricing, accommodating, clear communication and trust has been established. We are now loyal customers!

I have gone to the midas in stow for several years and I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness and that's why I continue to go there. I absolutely love the staff and the manager Jason has gone above and beyond to help me and explain everything to me prior to my repairs. Simply said, they are awesome there and I won't go anywhere else! (My family also goes to this location and couldn't say enough good things about their experiences as well) highly recommend going to this location, they are honest and couldn't be more friendly!!!

Cannot thank Trent enough! Served me as a walkin. Another dealership across the street said they could help but would charge 80 dollars just to change the battery, which i had brought on my own. I was impressed by the service and attitude of the staff here!

I was concerned about my brakes working poorly, and had trouble finding a shop with same-day openings. With Midas, I had a seamless experience booking an appointment on the website. Once my car was in the shop, assistant manager Trent gave a thorough, clear explanation of the problem with my brakes and walked me around my car while showing me how his team had diagnosed the issue and explaining the options to fix it. Multiple technicians worked well beyond the shop’s closing time to make sure I could get back on the road safely, and every employee I interacted with was kind, courteous and friendly. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

I went to midas in stow by accident, I was looking for a different place to have my oil changed and ended up at midas. I am so glad I did. Jason and the whole staff were amazing, very personable and thorough when explaining to me about my car. The place is clean and I love that the employees are part owners. I would absolutely refer friends and family to them. Thank you Jason and staff for a job well done. I will be returning!
