Kudos to the management/employees who immediately responded to my concern about an unmasked shopper, who belligerently told me she didn’t need a (mandated by the governor) mask because she was a DOCTOR! The young man in produce left his station at once, to return with a young lady from customer service, who explained in no uncertain terms that this was a business and masks were required. She stood her ground, and repeated TWICE, “Please don’t come any closer”, as the unmasked shopper approached her. The shopper then abandoned her cart, and stated loudly that she would never shop there again as she stormed off. Instead of leaving, however, she went to the customer service desk, where she was very vocal in her complaints. I didn’t see the final outcome, but I’m sure she was reminded that masks were mandatory........
Marc’s will continue to have my business as long as they follow the governor’s mandates, and keep the employees who uphold them. I was impressed with their response today.

I visited this store this past Monday. I don't live nearby but I happened to be in the neighborhood and needed a few things. Since I don't normally shop here, I wasn't familiar with the layout of the store. There was a very nice gentleman in produce that happen me twice, once without me even asking him! Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. I thanked him and he said, that's okay, it's my job! How nice and refreshing it was to hear that! Then, my cashier was so friendly and pleasant, I wanted to go through the line again! Lol. I forgot one of my bags and she ran out to the parking lot to make sure I didn't leave without it! So, so nice! Her name is Kim and she should be recognized as an outstanding employee. Will definitely return to this store due to great customer service!

Like an idiot, I left my wallet in the cart at Marc's last night. Look all over for it this morning and then called. I had been found by one of their staff gathering up the carts at the end of the day. Turned in with no cash or cards missing. Nice to know theres some good honest employees at this store.

Came here to quick shop for a few lunchables for my daughter and a new swifter. Grabbed everything and paid and then remembered that I needed some Reynold's wrap from the back, so I went and grabbed that, receipt and bags in hand. I was followed by an employee down 2 aisles and then once I got to the register instead of being greeted by the cashier, she looked at me, looked at my bags, and promptly asked "did you pay for those or did you just steal the bags?" I calmly showed her my receipt (it was in plain sight, btw) and proceeded to buy my Reynolds wrap. Once pulling out my debit card, she asked to see my ID, and stared back and forth at it and me to make sure I hadn't stolen someone's card. Will not return. Racial profiling is a terrible business practice and I'm happy I'm not from here and so I don't have to shop there again. Steer clear.
