I really like PNC bank but I wish the ATM distributed large bills such as $50 and $100 denominations around the holidays. It's much easier to put them in a card.

I only gave this a 1 star because I do not have the option of negative stars. This is by far the worst branch of PNC I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Terrible customer service, and they are not answering calls. I have made the selection to speak with someone, they pick up and I hear "click", they hang up. Not just once. I have been a customer of PNC since they took over for Mellon Bank in PA. I have never disliked any branch until this one.

Just over all terrible bank sending a partial endorsed check threw the mail nothing could possibly go wrong with that right?! I will be closing this acct as soon as possible

Needed to get some Cuban currency before I left to study abroad. Asked for it a week ago and was told that it would be 3-5 business days before it came in. It had been 6 business days when I went in to ask what was wrong. Was greeted nicely, but they still did not have the currency. What was disappointing was how rude they were when I asked why the currency wasn't in yet.

This branch is status quo for banks in my opinion. I'm not looking to be wined and dined by my banking tellers; they're there to do a job and do it reasonably well. Sure the wait times can be a little long, but that is expected when banks hire young folks who may still be on a learning curve. Never had any issues here. This is a major bank chain and company polices and the local branches' ability to deviate from standard protocol are in line with any other major bank in the area. If I want a more personal touch, I'll head to a local credit union.

Customer service was excellent. So helpful. Lost my card. They were able to print a new card update all of our info and send us on our way in less than 10 minutes. Katy was great. Thank you.
