This place absolutely sucks. Would leave a -5 if I could. It’s appalling to me HOW adults, who have gone to school for vet med for anywhere between 2-8 years can be SO unprofessional and unorganized. Whenever my dog comes in, they always call him a girl. Small detail, I know, but shouldn’t you read the chart before the client comes in to know what you’re dealing with? I’m actually currently in a vet tech program and even I, at age 22, would never do half the things EVRRYONE does at this clinic. They will tell you your pet is good on vaccines until however long, only to send something in the mail saying they’re due for vaccines, even when you were told they were good for awhile. Anytime we went into the clinic, my dog would be muzzled, even though he didn’t pose any threat to anyone. Did we not learn in our med program that “less is more” and to use minimal amount of restraint unless necessary?! Maybe it’s because he’s a German Shepherd and he’s always being stereotyped?? Not sure.
Second, I think it’s pretty funny how when you need an appointment or follow up on test results, they take at least a week to get back to you, but when you tell them you no longer want to be a client, they remove you from the system right away and call to tell you. They are probably going to delete this review, or as usual, claim that they don’t “see me as a client in the system” to make it look like I’m some random person who never went here.
Lastly, if you do not want you or your pet’s personal information exposed, then don’t go here. They’ve had multiple HIPPA violations, including sending me someone else’s records instead of my invoice. I did file a report with health and human services, but I doubt it will change anything. I ended up coming to this place because it was more affordable than Hudson, but lesson learned, you get what you pay for. The service here sucks!!!!

Take them anywhere but here. The manager is just as condescending as the care

Great staff and medical personnel. Even our anxious animals do well here.

The veterinarian and the technicians are genuinely the sweetest people. We had to put our dog down, and the compassion they have made this experience a positive one. I highly recommend them!

This place was good until about a year ago. New owners and the money greed started. My pups and I have been there quite a few times in the last year and no one acknowledges your dog. One time my dog had an illness and no one called me to tell me she needed a medication. It wasn’t until I went with my other pup I found out. Next visit I was asked why I didn’t bring a stool sample. I replied I wasn’t told to. The vet told me “it was in the text message you got”. I replied it wasn’t. She demanded to see the text!! Like I was lying to her. My final complaint is the scare tactic used on my last visit. All I said was my dog is selective eating and it turned into diabetes, thyroid, and other serious problems. Vet dropped those scares and left the room. Three minute visit and she destroyed my heart with no remorse, kindness, understanding nothing. I talked to the manager who listened and sent me their vet records and said goodbye.
This review hurts to write. Because I honestly tried to see better out of this business. However, my dog just went and absolutely no one even said hi to her…how would you feel? How would you feel to be not told when your dog has an illness (that was contagious), how would you feel to be treated so rudely like you and your fur baby are just numbers but customers.

Was a customer for years. They were purchased by a corporation out of Philly and they went down hill every way possible. Rates skyrocketed amd services plummeted. Stay away

Always getting great care from here. I've been bringing my little fur baby here for 10 years and still drive in even though I moved. Vets always explain everything and take their time.

Very professional but very friendly. I just moved to area, hoped to find veterinarian group like I had in Columbus area.
They are great, great with dog. Experts on pet care.
Prices very reasonable.
My pet and I are very happy we found them.

I had my dog put down. Was put in room and procedure explained. They took my dog out of the room to place catheter for euthanasia meds. Brought her back to me and took forever to come back in the room. Which I felt was extremely insensitive. My dog was in so much distress because of her age and confusion. I feel like once the catheter was placed the Dr. should have been available to see her and administer the meds. Instead my baby's last moments were spent severely distressed to the point she was breathing weird and screaming while we waited for the dr to come in. Knowing that was the last feeling she had before passing was extremely upsetting to me. I have seen numerous euthanasia sessions and the meds are gently and slowly administered. This just seemed rushed and harsh and too much for such a small dog. She literally collapsed like she'd been struck by a bullet. Then the second dose was given the same way. The dr. Then listened for heartbeat and told me she passed. Then left the room. I've only seen this dr twice and maybe it's just her natural demeanor but it's certainly not conducive to this type of profession. Her bedside manner is horrible. She's stoic and harsh. I cannot recommend taking your animal here. But maybe she was only like this with me. I don't know. I wish I would have taken my baby somewhere else. Euthanizing a beloved pet is a traumatic event. Dr's should consider that in how they interact with the owners. I felt zero compassion from the Dr. and it made an already upsetting experience even worse. If I had it to do over again I'd definitely go somewhere else.

Primary pet care is the best place if you want people to truly care about your pets! The staff is amazing and always welcomed by the front desk staff.

I took my dog in for a possible UTI and was told no vaccines or anything would be given until after we figure out what was wrong with her. Next thing I know the vet comes in and gives her all of these shots without my permission ($350 worth pretty much) then im told she needs emergency surgery that could be $5,000. I take her to the ER vet and they are very confused as to why she was given all these vaccines on top of being sick. Ive been going to this vet for years and used to love them, but after this I will not be returning!

I've taken my dog here a few times and the last two times I brought my dog here weren't the greatest experiences. I will not be returning
