We will NEVER return to this location! There is no quality check before returning the vehicle to the customer. My car was in worse condition upon pick up then when I dropped it off. There were 4 areas that needed fixed AND my entire exterior of the car was coated in overspray that required 2 additional visits to fix. No loaner or rental was provided for their mistakes which meant I had to figure out car coverage and miss extra work.

Worst experience ever they did not keep me informed on anything was supposed to take 4 days it took 16 days what a joke. The marhofer family just lost a loyal customer of 24 years

As of 10 days after the return of my vehicle, I've not noticed any issues with the repairs. The employees I interacted with were very nice (Ayden & Lisa.) That being said, I wasn't kept in the loop in the beginning without having to continuously contact them first and ask questions. It took 3 weeks to get the repairs done (I was told because of the time it took to receive parts.) Almost ran out of time on my rental contract through my insurance. Had to go back and pick up tires that were left at another facility and not put in my vehicle upon pick up as was agreed upon.
*Overall, " It felt like a very lengthy, exhausting experience but with a satisfactory outcome..."
**Comparing Ron Marhofer to our previous Autobody Shop experiences that our family used for 60+ years who are now out of business (Retired.)
-I felt like I was just a number.
-Communications need to be greatly improved upon.
***FUTURE: I feel like a smaller, privately owned business compared to a larger company might be my best option in the future. "More skin in the game!"
**** Interesting Thing Was: Through my Hyundai application, (on my phone) in "Real Time." I was able to observe when my car was moved, when the doors were locked/unlocked, when the hood was open, the exact location of my vehicle, how many miles were being put on my vehicle, speeds my vehicle was driven, etc. "I really do love our new Hyundai Sonatas technology..."

Vehicle was done early, quality of repair was excellent and the paint was beautiful. I had personally spoken with their parts coordinator and found him to be both knowledgeable and brilliant

I will not recommend this company to anyone. The lady by the name of Kimberley Peterson was very rude to not only me but my father as well. She even tried giving me a fake invoice which I’m taking legal actions on. Then when my father went up there the filling day she showed him a completely different invoice. To make a long story short if you are an AFRICAN AMERICAN person male or female do not come here they WILL give you fake invoice, they WILL over charge you, they WILL charge you for parts when your car is “totaled”. They WILL show they true “colors” at this location stay far away

Poor communication with the customer regarding follow up and follow through out the process. I feel like my concerns, and need to be kept informed was not a priority. I was told several times that I would receive a return call, that never happened. I was told to refer to the automated system for any updates. Unfortunately this system never updated.This same system was still showing that my vehicle was still being serviced after I picked it up. I had to returned it the next day to be serviced again for a wheel alignment that had not been done properly.I expressed several times how imperative it was to be kept up to date. I also expressed how I had limited access to rental insurance coverage. This would have allowed me to properly plan my life and work. As a result of lack of communication, I ultimately had to pay out of pocket an additional $1,000 for car rental.Communication is the ultimate key to successful business, customers satisfaction, and as well as customer loyalty. I can honestly say I felt like I was treated less than customer.

The ladies Kim and Lexi are very friendly when greeting you. The shop did a great job on my car and even had it done within a week. I was very happy with my service. I hope I never get into another accident but if I do, I’ll definitely come back here.

Quick to do quotes
Did have 2 issues which was told my guys didn't do. Touch up and they forgot to remove tape. I didn't see a difference in cleaning my vehicle. The major part was done.
