I will not recommend this company to anyone. The lady by the name of Kimberley Peterson was very rude to not only me but my father as well. She even tried giving me a fake invoice which I’m taking legal actions on. Then when my father went up there the filling day she showed him a completely different invoice. To make a long story short if you are an AFRICAN AMERICAN person male or female do not come here they WILL give you fake invoice, they WILL over charge you, they WILL charge you for parts when your car is “totaled”. They WILL show they true “colors” at this location stay far away

Poor communication with the customer regarding follow up and follow through out the process. I feel like my concerns, and need to be kept informed was not a priority. I was told several times that I would receive a return call, that never happened. I was told to refer to the automated system for any updates. Unfortunately this system never updated.This same system was still showing that my vehicle was still being serviced after I picked it up. I had to returned it the next day to be serviced again for a wheel alignment that had not been done properly.I expressed several times how imperative it was to be kept up to date. I also expressed how I had limited access to rental insurance coverage. This would have allowed me to properly plan my life and work. As a result of lack of communication, I ultimately had to pay out of pocket an additional $1,000 for car rental.Communication is the ultimate key to successful business, customers satisfaction, and as well as customer loyalty. I can honestly say I felt like I was treated less than customer.

The ladies Kim and Lexi are very friendly when greeting you. The shop did a great job on my car and even had it done within a week. I was very happy with my service. I hope I never get into another accident but if I do, I’ll definitely come back here.

I’m not happy with their service overall. They did not do all the work I was told that could be done. There was parts left in my car and after close examination there is white splatter in the trunk. Why would that be??? They had my car for two weeks and no checked my car. No one wiped of the finger prints smudges or just washed it before they gave it back. Yes, now they want to give me a quote for the work not done and they want me to bring my car back so that they can clean it. Now I have take off work for them to do what should have been done before I picked up. Do better Ron Marhofer. Do better. Not satisfied!!

My car was returned to me with denting still clearly visible down the right side. Super disappointing. You expect a finished job and for it to look perfect. That’s what you’re paying for. daughter took her car to be fixed, was in there two three weeks, absolutely zero communication on the car from the. Called last Wednesday, said car would be done early this week, was not ready until Friday morning, so she had to pay for extra days on rental. the woman who took call, very nice, the person I spoke to about the status of the car, acted like I was imposing on his time to find out what was up. Been buying cars from marhofer for ten years but will never ever take it to this body shop ever again if I can help it.

I had Steve look at the scratches on our Q5 to see if they could be repainted. He looked, went back into the shop and brought out paint thinner. In two minutes he fixed the marks that have been on the car for years. The cost? No charge! Thanks Steve. They have fixed three other vehicles of ours. Always reliable. I was rear-ended in a brand new Blazer. Before choosing a body shop, I did a ton of research. I am so happy I chose Ron Marhofer Collison. Due to my car being so new, parts were very hard to come by. Everyone at the shop kept me informed and even let me come see the car during the process. After finally getting my car back, everyone here truly felt like family, and treated me as such. Today, I got my car back after an oil change at my trusted car place, and another Chevy dealership. They couldn't rave more to me about the job Ron Marhofer Collision did on my car. I was told today that they would even take their personal cars here due to the amazing job they "checked out" that this place did. I am so grateful for everything they have done and how they truly treated my car like it was one of their own as well.

Needed a quote for some damage to my equinox. I pulled up and went in and Sean came out to pictures and said I could leave and he would email me. Had my quote within an hour. I didn't have to wait around for it. Highly recommend.

Lexi is Friendly approachableSteve down to earth ?Always welcome ?Quick to do quotesDid have 2 issues which was told my guys didn't do. Touch up and they forgot to remove tape. I didn't see a difference in cleaning my vehicle. The major part was done.

I did not have a good experience with them. I never received phone calls from them. I only learned things about my repair if I called them. Had no idea when they were starting, what was being done or when it would be done. Once it was 'completed' they called me to pick up my vehicle, however when I went to leave with my car there were large boxes in the back, filled with rims. After going back to the office to let them know, the front desk gal told me that she didnt know why they were in there, probably because they had to send the rims back. They did NOT replace any of my rims. Someone took my car around back to have them unloaded and when he brought my car back to me, he let me know that my car was a parts runner from when they took my car to their other location to fill the AC. Not the best practice or use of MY car but fine...understood. Then I noticed a bunch of white waxy stuff on the back of the driver seat, likely a cleaner of some sort that they failed to remove, but why did they clean just one seat? They clearly did not clean anything else internally. Lastly, the windshield wiper fluid holder was NOT replaced, but was a victim in the accident, a very obvious victim with a large hole that would not hold fluid. If the large hole wasnt indication enough, they would have received a message on the dash when they drove my car with their rims to their other location and back. So to summarize, they had my car for a month, did not do all the repairs it was brought in for, used it at their discretion, and did not communicate anything, unless you called them.
