My dog is a bit anxious around other dogs and Sam makes me and my dog, Brynne, at ease. She is so good with handling my dog. She and Salon de' Pooch are great.

I thought I finally found a groomer who listened. Last time I went here my dog looked adorable and the groomer did just what I asked. Second time around I had one request do not cut her snout hair down. We'll my Maltese has a pointed nose. I guess I'll go back to doing it myself. Google shows how why can't a groomer get this. I've gotten the better compliments when I do her face myself. Very disappointed and the same groomer did both times. When they overbook it's your issue.

I have a dog who can be difficult to groom and was very concerned because she has an undercoat and I needed to find a groomer soon. From the moment I called Salon de' Pooch I was feeling much better as they agreed to take on my dog who is blind in one eye, and doesn't like getting groomed. I felt so lucky to find a groomer who loves taking on challenges. She looked beautiful when I picked her up, and the groomer had told me she gave her a little bit of a problem, but otherwise, she did good. I highly recommend Salon de' Pooch, especially if you have a dog who is afraid or a handful to get groomed.

Ohh yes you do, Ashley over groomed my dog paws so bad!!
Definitely no mistake, Not to mention I moved to Ohio from Oregon.
Nice try though, Call log of me making an appointment…
Lastly, an uneven grooming cut on my little dog’s body on top of what your staff did to her paws. Not even a sanitary shave either. She’s a rescue and was traumatized at your place

Kiara did an amazing job on our puppy's first haircut!! Clean lines, clean paws, a beautiful miami cut. And I'm sure she wiggled! We'll always come back!

After being refused by every other local groomer I was lucky enough to get an appointment with them. I don't think I've ever dealt with such nice people before. Their only concern was my cat, not like every other place that wants to charge you before they even do anything and then wait till the end to finish with another larger bill. As soon as you get out of the cage he was immediately back to his old self and ran straight to the food bowl like he hadn't eaten in weeks even though it was less than a day. The entire staff there is just incredible. I highly recommend that anybody else looking for a groomer or is unhappy with their groomer call them immediately. Stache is definitely a customer for life now. See you in 4 to 6 weeks depending on your recommendations. Thank you Cassidy!!

I went to Salon De Pooch when they first opened..I had four Newfoundlands...they always did a great job. After I moved I tried a few different groomers..Well here we are years later and I still have newfies as well as a little pom...it is a far drive for me but I decided to give it a try again.. Sara has been taking care of my doggies at Salon de Pooch for awhile now..She is the best..I have only very good things to say..grooming dogs is not inexpensive but every penny I spend there is worth it. Remember to tip your groomers in cash..love this place..oh and shout out to Danielle the owner..great job..Thank you Sara for being so good with my doggies..

This place is really busy! Everyone working appeared to be doing what they were supposed to be doing... a young staff of girls that day... makes me happy to see some of our younger generation not sitting on their phones when they are on the clock... was my first visit and I have no reason not to go back

I got my dog treated here a few months ago and it’s not the initial service that I’m upset with. It’s the psychological consequences of taking my dog here that I am upset with. I’d rather the groomer call me and tell me the truth that my dog was experiencing stress and was having a hard time and I’d come pick her up, but whatever way they went forward with treating my dog and she has not been the same since I took her here. She’s was only 1.2 years old when I took her there. I did everything I could to try and desensitize her to getting groomed by other people. But I went to go put a muzzle on her today because she’s a little reactive, right? I’ve never put a muzzle on her before, but when I put that muzzle on her today, she almost had like a PTSD effect. The entire duration My dog has been in my custody. I’ve never had to put a muzzle on her. She’s only gotten groomed by one other place before, And they didn’t muzzle her. I picked my dog up from This facility she looked traumatized She had tears running down her face, and she was completely distraught, and still months later to She starts shaking and has a genuine look of fear if I put her harness on her or if I put a muzzle on her. What happened While my dog was in this companys care is something that I’m still figuring out today months later. I understand that if my dog was making it a hard time for the groomer to do her job, she had to take precaution BUT I wish and wish She could’ve called me. I could’ve taken my dog home, Went down a different route because I’m dealing with the consequences of this months later. I wasn’t initially going to say anything, but the fact that this is still showing psychological evidence to my dog months later. I’ll never bring her here again, I wish I was walking away with a positive experience because my dog was fearful to grooming prior , this made it 10 times worse and I have no idea where to go now. To everyone working here if you can read this if the client is having a hard time, please call the parent, it is so evident that there are consequences
