Steve did an excellent job and I'm glad I had chosen him to do my inspection.! Steve is very knowledgeable and thorough. I was present during the inspection and he took the time to explain each step of the inspection to me as he went along. Steve let me know of any areas of concern in the home and also any items that may need repair/replacement in the near future. He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had. Steve was amazing! I chose him to do my general home inspection and I was very pleased. He was very professional and very smart. Steve scoped the main drain, checked electrical panel, main water shutoffs, checked all bathroom and kitchen fixtures. He even went up into the attic. And checked over the roof.
After having Steve look over everything I was sure I made the right decision on buying this property. I would advise anyone I know to ask for Steve Parton for your home inspection.
