On 10/20/2023 I worked with Tommy at the Stow store and had a great experience. I walked in, he asked if he could help me and he answered all my questions. I moved my cell and internet service to T-Mobile (from Spectrum and Verison) and saved a bunch of money. Tommy was so helpful, set everything up for me, gave me his number and days he worked incase I ran into issues. Very professional and kind in helping me move service (for the first time). Well done.

Wonderful experience! I went in yesterday to ask some questions about my bill and see if I could save some money. All the employees were very polite and quick to help. Riche was the primary person who served me. She did a fantastic job of asking questions and finding the plan that best fit the technology needs of our family. She helped our family save $90 per month! Far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this store.Make sure to ask for Riche!

Amazing store they help me with my issue.No questions asked unlike the Streetsboro store.Streetsboro wouldn't even try to help me with the situation of getting a new phone.And then he told me to leave the store.I said no problem.

It never fails, this was my last attempt. Absolutely every time that I take the time to go into this store to clarify things and get help, their reply every time is to call customer service. They are not there to help anyone. Just to sell.

If I could give 10 stars for customer service, I would.I had a lot of questions while I was making my decision to switch to T-mobile's 55+ plan. Every single question was answered in a way that wasn't condensing and I wasn't made to feel "inadequate" for my lack of technical knowledge. I dealt primarily with Anthony, he was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. I noticed that everyone that worked in this store was super friendly and made every customer feel welcome. Good service is hard to find and I appreciated the top notch customer service.Thank you, keep up the good service!

Four people on three different plans came in and TMobile was so helpful! Super easy to transfer from the different plans and took less than an hour.

Good customer service, not a super long process but i was confused about the free phone advertising because then went i went to get a new phone it wasn't free, and i had to pay a down payment for it as well , i wasnt expecting to pay anything at all, so im bothered by that advertisement.

Shoutout to Alan. He stayed several hours after his shift ended to make sure our whole family got our phones. He was amazingly patient even when problems arose. Great phones, greater employee.
