What a terrible business. I walked in to inquire about watch battery replacement. The owner did not smile or give me any friendly hello, just sat there looking at me as if I was bothering him. I asked about the price for watch battery replacement and he quoted me a price much higher than I was paying last year when we lived in Los Angeles, CA. This made me curious so I asked why his price was so much higher than jewelers in LA given their rent and expenses to run their business were at least 3 times higher than his. He just looked at me. I told him shame on you, and he laughed at me. I walked out on him. What a rude and unprofessional business owner.

We went here to inquire about the value of a platinum and diamond band that was rarely worn. It had a large sapphire in it and just sat in my wife’s jewelry box. We had a recent photo of it taken prior to this visit for insurance purposes.
The jeweler looked at the ring in our presence (said nothing about a missing prong or any other damage/defect) then took it to the back to weigh it (this took 15-20 minutes which had us both perplexed). He returned claiming that the prong was broken/missing then proceeded to make a low offer/valuation. All we know is that we entered the store with a platinum/diamond/sapphire rarely worn ring in excellent condition (supported by pic with time/date stamp) and left with a devalued broken one.

Needed my 99-year-old-mom's watch band resized. Matt did it quickly, but he also presented a better solution when it still needed to be re-re-sized (I could not bring my mom, so my initial estimate was way off.) I'd go back, plus it is local, having been there for years. And a surprise? There is a room dedicated to unique sports memorabilia. Did not expect that.

This is a great local business that is family owned and run for 40 years. I took my ring there and was pleasantly surprised to hear that the repairs are done in the shop and never sent out. My ring was handled professionally and I was treated with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend them for both sales and repairs.

Wife brought in a ring for an admittedly somewhat low cost repair, all things considered. Had a new stone and prongs installed, which fell off rather quickly. Returned to have the job done again, which we were charged for again. Same result, prongs and stone fell off about a week later. I cannot recommend this shop in good conscience. We elected to go elsewhere for the repair, even though we already paid twice to have it fixed here. I did not get the warm, friendly greeting that I’m reading from other reviewers, and I thought the place looked rather cheap and run down to my eyes. Your experience may be different, good luck.

DO NOT take any jewelry of worth to this establishment. I broke a tip of my prong and he did not even match what was there. Teeny little tip that may or may not hold. Also, wore the rhodium of completely and didn't even redip it before he gave it to me. Very poor workmanship.Follow up 1 day later. There was a sharp nick in the gold under where he added the tip. Now the diamond above that is gone. Again, this is the worst place you can take your jewelry to.

I bent the crap out of a right hand sterling silver ring that means so much to me and they were able to fix it and make it like new again. I was worried bc it's a very thin bc delicate ring but they handled it with care and it's back to being absolutely perfect.

My father passed away and left me a watch that I needed to resize and have cleaned up. I had to remove the watch band in order to see the serial number of the watch which is needed for the company to verify the watch. The owner removed the band and got the information that I needed. When I asked him how much I owed he said that it was on him and not to worry about it. He asked me to keep business local and to support our community. I will forever recommend this jewelry store to everyone that I know. This is a great family business that we should be proud to have.

My 1st visit I was completely surprised by a number of different things.. 1st thing was the warm welcome and friendly smile of the gentleman behind the counter. The 2nd thing was the unbelievable patience the gentleman had With my completely disorganized and overfilled Display of jewelry That I needed priced out. Him and his son took their time on every little piece to assure I was getting The most for what I was selling. This family run business just got themselves a repeat customer For years to come

Rob is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I have had my rings soldered, rhodium plated, cleaned, loose stones fixed, and my husband's watch batteries replaced here and I've never been anything but perfectly satisfied. The turnaround time was quick and the job is always well done.

I am very disappointed with the services I received from this place. Originally I brought my wedding ring in just to have 2 tiny diamonds that had fallen out replaced. When I picked it back up my ring was awfully bent. The entire center was on a slant so I brought it back in and the guy tried to say maybe I bent it when I snagged it on something, but I have pictures of my ring and know for a fact it wasn’t bent before bringing it to them. He said he would attempt to fix it. I called to check the status of it and they were telling me that all these things went wrong, basically saying my ring fell apart as they tried to fix it so now they had to fix all of those issues. 3 long weeks later my ring was ready. I picked it up and it was still slightly bent but I decided to not say anything figuring they tried their best and nobody but myself would even notice it. A week later, the entire center stone of my ring fell out! Thankfully I managed to find it in my backyard but I am so upset. If they had done a better job maybe that would not have happened. I should not have to pay a different place to fix it but I don’t even trust them with my ring at this point. Honestly they deserve 1 star but I am giving 2 because they were kind about it and tried to fix it although it was done poorly.
