I came in for a gel polish change. The technician was kind and doing her best, but the result just wasn’t what I was looking for. I asked to stop the service and offered to pay for the removal, but the owner stepped in and rudely insisted I pay for the full service.
To be clear: I don’t blame the technician, everyone has off days. I was happy to pay for her time spent. But the lack of understanding or flexibility from the owner was disappointing. Rather than listening or trying to find a reasonable solution, I was met with defensiveness and no consideration.
If you’re looking for a salon nearby, I recommend skipping this one and heading to Regency Nails near Marc’s. They’ll treat you like royalty, every time.

This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and nice. I especially liked that they offer an express pedicure option, which most nail salons don’t. It was reasonably priced and a great option if you're short on time.

This place is nice and clean. The staff are amazing and fun. I came in as a walk in and they didn't hesitate to do a long full service for me around appointments they had booked. Will be back and recommending.

If you want a staph infection this is your place. The owner used a credo on my foot (which I didn’t need a credo) and left a big hole in my foot. She was distracted and very rushed hence my foot getting butchered. The most painful pedicure I have ever had. She acted like it was no big deal and I still got charged for this. No remorse and even asked if I had had a cut there already. I replied “no and there is a chunk of my skin hanging off and fresh blood”. She had a drop of hydrogen peroxide left after I requested it once the bleeding stopped. She did have some powder to help stop the bleeding as you can see in the photo. Also she kept disappearing for 10 minutes at a time and would come back wrecking of cigarettes. Avoid at all cost. Unless you want to pay to be injured.

I had a really disappointing experience here, especially considering it was my birthday. I came in for a simple set of acrylics with gel polish in a solid pink color, nothing complex. Unfortunately, the service felt very rushed from the start. The tips were applied crooked, and when I politely asked if they could be straightened, I was told, “It’s just your nails being crooked, not the tips,” which was odd since I’ve never had that issue before at any other salon.
The nails weren’t filed evenly, nor were they the same length, which was frustrating, especially given the price. When it came time for polish, I could still see my nails through the hot pink color. I kindly asked for another coat, and was told, “The more coats I do, the easier it will chip.” That may be true, but the polish wasn’t applied evenly in the first place.
When I requested she repaint them anyway, she became visibly aggravated. She wiped my nails with a paper towel, which left behind visible residue, then painted over it, creating bumps and texture from the paper towel fibers. I again asked if she could remove the residue before repainting, and she loudly responded, “GURLLLLLL,” in a way that felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
By the end, my nails looked terrible, and I genuinely left the appointment in tears. I’ve never had an experience like this at a nail salon. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went here for the 1st time today to get a pedicure from Maria, and it was so lovely! Amazing massage, a wonderful conservationist, and she brightened my day! Thank you so much Maria, i will definitely be back!

Obsessed is an understatement!
If you are on the hunt for a new salon you have to check them out!! Staff is professional yet fun energetic and make sure you are satisfied and feel comfortable ☺️ I’ve come here a couple of times and can easily see myself being a loyal customer for a long time! The owner is so kind hearted and genuinely so amazing! I cannot wait for my fill! If I could give a 100 star review I would!

This was my first experience and Sladjana P. was very pleasant and professional. She was very easy on my nails. I am very satisfied with the results of my nails. They are exactly the way that I wanted them to be. Pretty and precise. The atmosphere was very soothing and peaceful. I am glad that I chose this shop. I will continue to come here.

Incredibly talented staff, clean environment, amazing and friendly owner. If you are looking for a new nail place like I was then this is the perfect spot for you. The prices are decent and the work is superb. I have come three times already and will continue going here until I can’t anymore!

What made me come here was all the stellar reviews, but i didnt get stellar results. I would give 0 stars if I could. the owner and staff were super sweet when i was there, but as soon as i left i had problems. I got an ombre gel manicure with builder gel, and i left the salon happy because the nails looked great under the lighting in the shop. I dont know if its because its fluorescent lighting, or any other kind. But as soon as I got home I looked at them under natural lighting and they looked terrible. I called them as soon as I noticed and no one answered so i left a voicemail. I never got a response so I sent an email and still didnt get a response. I sent 2 more emails with no response so I had to file a dispute with my bank. I have screenshots on all of the attempts I made to contact them. I didnt even want a refund originally. I just wanted to see if they could be fixed. But i was kind of left with no other choice than to dispute the charge since no one got back to me over the course of 3 months. I called the number listed on google, emailed the email listed on the website, and verified from the website that the phone number listed on google was the same as the one listed on the site. What surprised me even more was that it was the owner who did my nails. Like I said, both the staff and the owner were super sweet when I was there. But it seemed like the owner had no intent or interest in fixing a botch job. I hope they dont treat every customer with the same experience I had over an easy fix.
