The Auto technician Hayden and the other guy whom was starting the day out Friday Dec 12th were very enthusiastic and helpful guys they got the job done and were very personable whomever are these guys district manager should consider a raise of some sort ive never been more impressed by a oil change company and thats saying allot considering I usually use Mr Tire. But with all things considered and how shitty countless people are to these boys every day Id highly consider making sure you keep these guys on board with competitive wages because those are kind of people when you loose you won't be able to replace.

All of the employees were very cordial and friendly! Service was extremely quick and convenient. David the manager was extremely kind and very pleasant. You could tell he really enjoyed his job. I would highly recommend this business and plan to frequent this location in the future.

I don’t like going to get a quick oil change, usually from Valvoline, or take 5 but David in Stow at the take 5 did a great job sales wise and on my vehicle. No problems yet, and I don’t think there will be any.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, efficient - greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. No one likes to spend money on car maintenance, but it's necessary and these guys saved me a ton of money! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

It was ok. Two techs worked. One of the techs turned my oil pan plug the wrong way, tightening instead of loosening it to drain the oil. The other tech came to his rescue took out the plug. Supposedly no harm done they did not strip the oil pan plug hole. No leaks all good. Everything else went OK. Will I go back? Honestly don't know. Want confidence when working on my car. Not feeling real confident when I left. We'll see if I go back. Just don't know.

I called for a quote on a synthetic oil change and was quoted $80 with a discount. When I arrived I was told $145, less the discount so $120. The attendant said that the call center for quotes doesn't get it right. I drove further to get the oil change done there due to the price quoted when I could have had it done closer for less. Seems like bait & switch to me.
Also, I sent two texts to customer service two weeks ago explaining the problem and have not received a response.

My kids were driving my car. I had told them never to take it here but they did. It was an oil change an expensive one n then on top of it they did a horrible job n I had to take it to my place to get fixed!!! N pay out again!! I will never n i have told my son n his wife never to take it there again. Also now my car has to get looked at for making a weird noise
