Terrible experience. $100 for a standard oil change. One person failed to seal the oil filter which caused oil to go everywhere once I stared the engine. They had to wipe everything down and told me there will be some fumes and smoke while the rest burns off. Take 5? More like the worst 60 minutes of my week.

Devon is always wonderful when I bring my vehicle here. The guys work as a team. Matt did my oil change and replaced my air filter. Fine job. They are great, they work as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. The prices are fair too. Thank you Take 5 Oil Change.

The guys are always friendly and I really trust them. They have never tried to get sell me something I don’t need, actually just the opposite!! I’m a door dasher and put lots of miles on my car. They help me keep it in top shape. I highly recommend the Stow /Kent site.

Matt and the crew were efficient, pleasant and got me in and out. They pointed out something I needed to take to a mechanic, and didn’t make up some silly fix on their end that I needed to make.We are new in the area. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Stopped in in my way to work, asked for an oil change. The 2 working told me they were going to evacuate the oil outof my truck instead of doing a proper oil change. During the evacuation I noticed one guy stop and start texting and then went into the office to talk on his phone. I thought well that’s unprofessional. I few minutes later he came to tell me “we got a problem” he said the hose is stuck and that he couldn’t get it out and that they were going to have to tow my truck. Tow it where I asked I was livid and after 25 minutes he said I got it out and told me they were going to do a proper oil change and only charge me half price. I was late for work and upset. I realized why they did it that way , they didn’t want to either one replace the drain plug or they feared stripping it. Because a 2022 F150 has a plastic drain plug. Never again will I trust this company!P.S don’t ask me to call you to discuss only to have the idiot that caused this issue call and pose as district manager and have no empathy whatsoever!Customers bewareService: Oil change

The guys working here always make me smile. They answer any questions I have and I feel like they are trustworthy. I've been taking my car and my daughters' cars there for some time and have always had a great experience.

I went in for an “quick “ oil change on my 2021 Toyota 4Runner. I was the only vehicle at the time so I figured it would be a fast in and out trip. Wrong!! The two men working hard big trouble under my SUV accessing the oil pan area as my car has a “skid plate that has to be removed first. Surely this can’t be the first time they’ve encountered this before. An hour and fifteen minutes later I was done with my oil change…but that’s all. No tire check, washer fluid check, …all the things that Take Five says they are going to do. Except they failed to this time either because the cars were backing up behind me or they were so done with my car. They were very friendly but lacking in doing what was expected for the price I paid. Pity.

I am a dedicated customer to one location each time I get my oil change. Later in the day, after my oil change, my engine light was on, and I went back the next day to have it looked at, and ironically, the same person that took care of. Matt looked at my car and said several times whoever did my oil change didn’t do it correctly, however, changed his tune when he was told that he was the one that did my oil change. When asked to go back to all the steps to see what all had been done to eliminate the problem, Seemed reluctant; as well as didn’t go through all the steps unless I mentioned them i.e. oil, plug, check in the air filter. The most annoying part was that I had to go next-door to AutoZone to find out why my engine light was yet still on and they said that the air filter was not put back on correctly yet again and my car was taking in too much air, and that’s the reason for the actions of my vehicle. Unfortunately I’m on the road today and I cannot go back. Will be going back and having someone other than Matt touching my car. Also, the female that works at that location has a habit of calling women, hun or honey even after I had told her that’s not my name and I would appreciate it if she would not call me that and intentionally called me honey again as I was leaving..Overall, I love this location however, the actions of both Matt, and the female that was there or not only unprofessional, but they weren’t even busy and was very inconsiderate. I even had to ask Matt if he was going to help direct me out of the bay…. As he stood there for a few minutes telling me I can come back once I go to AutoZone and didn’t offer to guide me out of the bed that I brought it up.PS, my engine light is still onServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

Some services were not performed because they wasn't for sure how to remove the filter so it wasn't check but I appreciate the honesty but hopefully it's not going to affect my car performance I may have to visit another location for that service instead.

Horrible. Two (cocky) women that acted like they knew everything….inevitably couldn’t do the oil change, so had to go elsewhere. When I did (the following day) was told by the PROFESSIONALS at the other establishment, they left my oil cap off. Nicely done. ?Service: Oil change

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible! It took AN HOUR for my oil change because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Then I leave and my truck is making noises it wasn’t making. Keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW Bronco with like 20k miles on it. The assistant manager, Matt asked me if the husband was home to take a look at it. To which I replied, I’m not married. And he’s like well, I don’t know what to tell you, you might want to take it to a full service mechanic. ARE YOU JOKING?! Went home, got under the truck myself and guess what, every bolt on my skid plate wasn’t tightened, AT ALL! Oh then on top of the fact that he couldn’t get my air filter out and asked me to turn my car on when there was NO OIL IN IT! I could go on and on. Don’t ever go here unless you want them ruining your car!Service: Oil change
