Been a repeat customer because they carry a product I like. They offer a discount online and only one of the workers honor it, the others act like they dont understand me. Two of them are decent the other 2 have been kinda rude.

Went in today with questions since I’m a new vapor person lol, and the two gentlemen there were extremely knowledgeable, very patient (since I had many questions), and very pleasant, as well.
They even offer military discounts!
They definitely gained a future “regular”customer!

By far the best smoke shop in town! The Valley Smoke Shop of Stow is consistently stocked with your favorite products, with prices that no other smoke shop in the area can beat. I’m always pleased with the customer service here, it by far transcends that of the local competitors. If you’re looking for a shop tailored to meet your needs with an at “home” feel, I’d recommend stopping in to check it out!

Nice selection including Ice Cold gas. I like Jazin and the other people that work there. Fair prices. One recommendation, you guys need to have music playing. Like music young people like and 60s stuff.
