I'm anxiously waiting on a delivery right now . . . reading these reviews terrifies me. Update: it took more than a month for me to get my printer, even though the ad said delivery would be the same week. Perhaps it was naive of me to think it could get here that quickly, but that's what I was told. The problem is that every time I called TTR, no one seemed to know anything. It was very frustrating to have to constantly call back, because no one ever had answers or responded to my messages. It's unlikely that I would willingly do business with TTR Shipping again. Three stars because the printer arrived in good shape.

Just recieved my shipment picked up on 8/9/23 and deliver 8/18-9/5. Today is 9/19/23 so anyone looking for a shipper, keep looking this one isn't the answer.Of course no communication but when confronted, nothing but excuses. The owner did say it's not there policy to refund for being the worst shipping company but they will give me a substantial discount next time.Hey owner, your safe, on your offer, there won't be a next time.

I have been with TTR Shipping for about 4 years. They take care of all my shipping needs.I have never had any damage report from any of my customers. They handle all my shipping for me.They are the best shipping company you can have.

Funny, seeing the company owner posting to say any negative review is a lie. From my side, will never let a supplier ship with them again. A month to get from St Paul to Houston. Could have pushed the machine to Houston on foot quicker. Everything their customer (service?) said was a lie or misrepresentation.

Run don’t work for them your over worked and under paid 100.00 a day to work 8 to 10 hrs days and mostly driving haha what a joke but they got nice trucks

Conversely, if you see someone here that indicates they don't want to do business with TTR, I can assure you, in most cases, the feeling is mutual; and we will never bump their dock again - by choice.

This company is an absolute joke. 3 weeks calling just to find out where my shipment is so i can pick up from a warehouse and arrange different transportation.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. This is only the 2nd review i've ever left for a company. We have waited approximately 1 month to recieve 2 copiers being shipped from oklahoma to indiana. After they missed the first delivery date they could not tell us where the copiers were or when we could expect them. They were clueless. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They couldnt be bothered to return an email or a phone call to update us on our shipment. They made us look bad to our customer because they couldnt deliver on their end. We will probably never use TTR again. MOE will be our shipping company.
