Disclaimer: I am not expert when it comes to makeup things n stuff! That being said...
I got a doordash order for this place, and upon immediately entering the store I knew I was in over my head. But when I asked for help, the ladies in this store were AMAZING! This store has great workers that are friendly, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental! I appreciate you ladies!

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i shop here i get followed by the staff, asking if i need help multiple times. idk id it’s because im a minority or what because i have tattoos and piercings, i do not steal here, i have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this location specifically. When i shop at sephora they do not do this to me there. i feel very singled out every time i shop here. horrible customer service. today for example a staff member, i do not recall her name but as she was asking if i needed help she was looking down to SEE WHAT I HAD IN MY HANDS. multiple staff members follow me around and pretend like they are working around me just to watch me. this is ridiculous

I shop this Ulta because it’s close to home and have only had issues with their curbside service. Waiting is understandable if they have a line, however. Today, after 1PM-I was waiting for 15 mins before having to walk inside only to find 3 workers behind the counter and no line. One worker only put on a vest after she seen me come inside and didn’t look very happy. Again, there was no line-only that me as a curbside customer was not a priority.

Asked for assistance from 2 ladies at clinique station, would not get up and had one word answers like they wanted me to leave. Daughter had a question, same thing, like we were bothering their hang out session.
Check out was greeted by us and did not know about Redken promotion, looked it up on her phone and was like yeah we have that face mask promotion, but we're out sorry. And then cheap bag for shampoo broke in the car. Get it together Ulta! 7:45 on a Friday is apparently a time to NOT go to Ulta. Glad I spent $90 for the worst customer service possible. Feels like they tried to provide a bad experience.

I shopped here regularly, but I will not be back. Friday, March 14th, I stopped in for a quick purchase, and I knew exactly what I needed. I ran in grabbed it, was waiting patiently in line when I assume the manager (a short blonde haired woman) told the woman she had helped to push past me so she could ring up the perfume sale. I know the perfume sale was more than my sale, but that was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. I will not be going back after this treatment.

The curbside is trash, I waited 20 minutes, it took me to call and the young lady inquired have I checked in, absolutely I checked in, I've been sitting here for substantial amount of time, and then someone finally brings the items out.

I had the pleasure meeting Lauren who completed my make up for my wedding day 3 weeks ago. There was a scheduling issue and I was told, the day before, that no one was available to do my make up. They then called back and said Lauren was called in, to help me, and she did not disappoint She set me at ease, asked about colors, did a fantastic job, the make up was perfect in all my pictures. Thanks again!! You made this bride feel her absolute best!

My hair was destroyed at the Salon. I've had to go as far as filing a claim with their insurance company to get on going treatments that my hair's going to require... The 'insurance' company is less then friendly and even has gone as far as insulting me by claiming it's my own fault this happened. Furthermore 2 weeks after my hair disaster another womans hair was ruined by the same stylist. So my suggestion... Go to studio luxe salon... Or even best cuts/famous hair... Anywhere else.

Stylists keep leaving. There seems to be a management problem at this store, whether the whole store or just the salon, I'm not sure.
There was a fantastic stylist here who really understood curly hair, and was worth the higher price, but she has left. (Hence more than just 1 star).
Given the other reviews, I worry people of color are being profiled here. Not about that. I'm happy to never shop here again.
