Indian operated. I asked for first class mail - they don’t offer that so I said give me the comparable of first class that ups offers. I had 3 letters to mail. He wanted to charge me $60 lol first class mail is .78 cents. When I questioned that he gave me some attitude and told me they don’t do first class. Probably be better if he researched the English language to be able to understand what customers are asking for. Poor customer service. Lack of understanding

The entire staff at this store is always so helpful. Recently I needed to send a document to Virginia and include another envelope for the document to then be sent overseas. No problem!

I recently visited this UPS store, and even though it was super busy, I had an excellent experience. I was the last person in line, but the associate working was incredibly confident and knew exactly what he was doing. He handled everything so professionally, even while multitasking and managing a long line of customers. Despite the pressure, he still managed to smile and stay calm, which really impressed me.
When it was finally my turn, he took care of my copies and lamination quickly and efficiently. It was obvious that he was skilled at his job, and I could tell he genuinely cared about providing great service.
Not many places have customer service this good, and I really appreciate the effort he put into making sure everything went smoothly. Huge kudos to the owner for having such a solid team. I'll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at The UPS Store recently. I was there on Sunday, just as the store was about to close, and despite the time, the young man working offered to assist me with shipping something out. It took a little while, but he patiently completed the service, even though it was well past closing time. He also helped me with packing and was so polite and professional — truly a gentleman. I was really thankful for his dedication and excellent service.
Then, I came back on Monday with a bunch of returns, and once again, the staff was incredibly helpful. The owner and team manage the store really well, and I appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Highly recommended — great service and a friendly, efficient team!

I've been using this UPS Store for the past 6 months for all my returns and shipments, and I’ve never had any issues. The customer support here is excellent. The tall guy at the front counter is always welcoming, with a good gesture and a friendly smile. The entire team does a great job—very polite and professional. I really appreciate their service. Great ownership, helpful staff, and they never charge for anything other than the service provided. Highly recommend!

Hello, same person different account due to characters!
—As I was saying! I feel discriminated against and just humiliated as a person who wants to be serviced with the same courtesy and respect as others. I am very disappointed as a mother of three with limited time off; I chose today to complete my Amazon returns before the deadline and wasn't able to, unfortunately. The time I spent in the UPS store being discriminated against could have been spent at home loving and supporting my children. I will be contacting corporate and the local news about my experience.
My message to people of color: please go elsewhere; there's a chance you may be discriminated against and waste your time, money, and gas here at this Stow, Ohio UPS location. You will feel racial discrimination, humiliation, and very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
My message to management: review the reviews and really check in with the people you hire! Because ultimately the people you choose to hire are a reflection of you and your company as a whole! As you can see some changes need to be made with people interviewing and hiring these individuals! If you support and continue to receive negative experiences that lets me know a lot about you as well!

They wanted to charge me $2 for a 3' piece of tape for my box. I USED to go there for all my deliveries. Took it to the UPS in Kent by KSU, they taped it up for me, no questions asked, no charge.
