“(1/26/26) I Wish I could leave a whole separate/new review but Google doesn’t allow that. But I want to reiterate how wonderful our experiences are here. Having a reactive dog can make these visits stressful, but having a staff that is willing to be flexible when approaching your pets care is a true blessing. Highly recommend the Keystone staff to anyone who has a pet that they want treated with the utmost care. (11/25/25)We’re newer to this vet but WOW! What a difference when you go somewhere where they truly care for the animals. They’ve been nothing but kind & professional. We haven’t had vet service like this in a long time, glad we made the switch.”

“They were very caring and compassionate. My daughter's hamster had passed in his sleep from being very sick. And, they were very gentle with him and giving her some of his hair. Some people were being very mean about it telling her to just flush him but, she's an animal lover of all shapes and sizes and, she was determined to get him cremated. We are waiting on his ashes to come back now. I appreciated the time and care they had for her and her loss with her hammy.”

“My babyJack, Who is dealing with a number of issues at his older age and recently a major one was taken care of so well by the Dr. there. She waste no times taking care of his needs, for which me and my family are so greatful. His doing much better. Also, I have others that are also being taken care of as well (in all their needs as they are older ones also). Thank you for all you do to take good care of our babies( always our babies, no matter how old)😊”
