I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and want to thank all of the pharmacy staff for always being incredibly helpful, warm and communicative whenever I have needed. In the past I have had to request refilled prescriptions for multiple months before international travel, and in short time frames. The pharmacists and technicians have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me, especially if there have been complications through my insurance or nationwide shortages of medication I needed. They’ve provided me with helpful guidance/insight into how to communicate with my physician’s office, let me know when shipments might come in, and corresponded with other pharmacies to provide alternatives if needed. I understand that retail pharmacy circumstances and demands can be less than ideal for staff, but appreciate the helpfulness in finding solutions, no matter the circumstances.

We have always gone to this pharmacy back in the day when customer service was at its highest and they appreciate the service. However, we quit going to them because they were always closed at weird hours and their customer service went downhill so we switch however, my son still uses them and on April 18, 2024 my son doctor place the order and no one from Walgreens called or text him or even sent him an email stating it was ready, my son had to call them and ask if it was ready and the guy said oh yeah it’s ready, so my son said well I’ll just come by and pick it up and he said good luck in a smart Alec way we close at seven, so my son calls us if we can pick it up because we were close by, we got there four minutes till seven. A lady got in front of us through the drive-through and while he was talking to her, he was already putting the clothes sign on the window when we got to the window we had two minutes till seven, so we rang the button for service and no one would respond I immediately went into the store to file a complaint because my son needed medication he had pneumonia And I spoke to the pharmacist guy who was handling the drive-through. He was very rude and didn’t CARE he kept saying 7 o’clock we close I said you saw us in line before 7 The appropriate thing was to service and then close and then he left mumbling so I went into the store to complain with the manager and luckily the lady that also works in the pharmacy let me explained the situation she apologize for him and she said I’ll take care of you right now and she will have a talk with him about his actions. It would’ve taken two minutes to take care of everything and he still would’ve been able to close at seven. I doubt my son will go to the store again, but I do want to say thank you to the lady that took care of the situation. That’s what you call customer service right there, a lot of places have lacked the customer service care. I wouldn’t want anyone to lose their job for this, but I wish he would had a little humanity in him and had done the right thing.

This is the 1st and only time I've EVER had a NICE pharmacist and decent experience at any Walgreens. And I've used them for 15+ years in probably 8 to 10 different states. The lady was sweet, professional and nice and quick. I can't even believe it.

Jonathan and Brandon were so helpful! It's hard to come by good customer service these days but these employees nailed it!!! With the Patience and kindness they gave, Walgreens will have so many satisfied and happy customers. Great job!!!!!

Do NOT use their pharmacy!!! They are always closed at random times and days. They can't keep a pharmacist apparently. For your health I urge you to go to giant eagle or something. A place more reliable! This is the 3rd time my life saving medication has been kept from me by walgreens

The pharmacy here is a joke if they can not keep it staffed they should just close it you can not go by the hours listed they are constantly closed due to staffing

Photo lab is great! Shelves are always well stocked, store is clean and employees friendly. Rarely have more than a 1 person wait!

I just have to tell you that your pharmacy employee, Ember Persephone, is absolutely amazing!! I tested positive for Covid while visiting a friend in the area, and needed a prescription of Paxlovid delivered to me. I called the pharmacy and spoke to Ember, and she was helping me figure out the best way to do that. I had been trying for hours to get Door Dash to deliver, and wasn't successful. Without my asking her, Ember volunteered to DELIVER the prescription to my front door on her way home from work on Christmas Eve!!! She got permission form the store manager, and not only delivered the life-saving medication, (I'm immunocompromised,) but also coordinated the delivery of a few other groceries I needed to get me through the holiday with Covid. I literally cried with gratitude. Ember is the perfect picture of the ideal employee- and not just employee, but human being. She has the kind of loving and generous spirit that renews faith in the human race. I cannot express the depth of my gratitude. The people that work the pharmacy Are a disgrace they don't even know if there's 31 days in a month or 28 and then you go to get a refill and they say we can't refill it it's too early now it's been 31 days I get a 28 day supply I Would give them a 0 as well if I could

As I stood at the pharmacy window, one woman just stared at me while the young girl at the counter looked at her computer. Once she acknowledged that I was there, I handed her my prescription. Both seemed agitated for the interruption. The woman, who has not stopped starring at me said “it will be two hours”. Then the young woman standing in front of me agreed, yes two hours. Just unfriendly. Certainly better ways to interact with people. I asked if it would be easier if I just took my prescription somewhere else. The young girl just nodded her head and said it would probably be quicker. Why did I even stop here to begin with. Spoke to the store manager, Emmett. Sadly he did not seem shocked by this behavior. You may have to put up with this behavior, but customers do not. I drove five minutes down the street to CVS and my prescription was ready in eight minutes. My new store of choice.
