Price is very reasonable, and great work. Yes, sometime they are too busy to pick up the phone but if you leave a message, they always get back to you asap. Just so glad that we have this store in town. Thank you so much for your hardworking. My dog Reigning loves this place.

Had one good experience there with my dog where they did a good job grooming, however, my second experience was not great. They took over 4+ hours to groom my dog and did not call and communicate those changes. No nervous pet wants to be stuck at a groomers for that long. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

We just moved from out of state to Stow. On some Facebook recommendations we went here with our 15 year old Labradoodle, Maggie. They were so kind and took her age really consideration. And we were so happy when we picked her up. One of the best haircuts we’ve ever seen on her. She looks amazing. The work they did on her paws of her nails was top notch.

Called for details of getting my German Shepherd groomed. Stated she was 98lbs and then the very unpleasant lady who answered asked if my girlfriend called. I don’t have a girlfriend. She then proceeded to say she left a voicemail for my girlfriend but I stated I don’t have one. Her attitude is horrendous. She obviously doesn’t want a thriving business and I highly recommend against having your pride and joy serviced at this facility.

Jen and her team of professional groomers are more than outstanding! Her microbubble machine has been a godsend for my dog who was recently diagnosed with a skin fungus. She took great care to make sure my dog's skin was super clean so she can heal more quickly.

Poor customer service. Scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance only to show up on the day of to be told I would have to wait. After 4hrs waiting they told me I was never on the schedule for that day. For the prices I would expect better communication and customer service.
