My husband goes here with his work vehicle and said that they are the only garage that he would trust with our family vehicle. So I quite literally drive over an hour to go here. But it is worth it. I feel very confident with our vehicle once we leave. Everyone is so sweet and really caring! I am very impressed!

We became stranded at our hotel because our car would not start. And we unfortunately are almost 4 hours from home. My husband called this business up, and not only did they come pick up the car and take it to their shop, they came back to our hotel and picked up my husband. Now this is what I call above and beyond customer service!!!! Thank you so very much!

I can not say enough about how kind and thorough this establishment was. My family and I were heading to Cambridge from Cleveland, when our car started shaking and clunking. My mother had just picked up her car the day before (she had her breaks replaced).

I can not say enough about how kind and thorough this establishment was. My family and I were heading to Cambridge from Cleveland, when our car started shaking and clunking. My mother had just picked up her car the day before (she had her breaks replaced). We stopped at Dickerhoof's and they fit us in right then and there. There was a swing set for the kids and everyone was incredibly friendly. When we headed back on the highway, the car drove beautifully and sounded great. I will make the hour drive to come back in the future! Thank you guys!

Extremely Rude! The lady that I have dealt with in the past was always very nice. I called the day of an appointment (that was made six days in advance) and she was out running errands. The guy who answered was very rude and would not stop talking through me. When I asked him to stop talking and let me finish, he got all whiny and told me to stop yelling, yet I never raised my voice. After he finally shut up and let me talk I asked him, for a third time, to have the regular lady call me. I later explained to her that I was treated very rudely and I would take my business elsewhere. Treating a loyal customer so rudely was totally uncalled for. They will not be getting any more of my business.
