Is been 13 days since I heard from an employee and almost 3 20 since I paid my invoice. No one answers the phones, and the toll free number is for medical devices. Running out of options considering, alternatives to retrieve my purchased items or pushing to get the credit card company to cancel the transaction. Very frustrated.

Can't seem to contact them after paying for online auctions, numerous emails and phone calls, no answer, I need to ship but no answer..
Update.. I received the item the same day I received the invoice for shipping. Who ships before you pay?

What a GREAT auction house. I picked up my auction stuff today and the two gentlemen there helped me load everything into my van. They were so kind and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much!!!!!

My firm uses them when auctions are needed in our cases and estates. They simply do a good job in a prompt manner. They are always communicative and responsive. Will continue to use them in the future.

Administrative fee of $25 for handling online purchases in addition to the shipping cost was a big shock for my $17 purchase. So much for snagging a bargain.
