I would like to give her a big thank you for doing a great job. She deserves bonus for doing 110 percent at her job!!!!!!!
If everyone did their job like she does, it would be a perfect world.

Switched propane companies and within 2 days of calling, they had a tech out to bring our new tank. They deliver propane quickly as well. I couldn't be happier with Ferrellgas.

Just had my 1000 gallon tank set a few months ago. The service tech (Ty T.) was great and explained exactly how my gas system works. He was very courteous and professional and was very easy to get along with.
The next day I had the rest of my gas delivered without any issues. The delivery driver seemed very polite and courteous as well. I'm very pleased so far with my service from Ferrellgas.

I have been a happy and satisfied Ferrellgas customer for 3 or 4 seasons now. The customer service representatives and drivers are always terrific. I've never encountered any billing errors or delivery delays, and I've never had to wait longer than a week for delivery - but I recently experienced such outstanding assistance that I wanted to acknowledge it publicly.
I recently took an extended trip and returned home to find my propane tank empty by morning. I hadn't even had the opportunity of daylight to check it yet. It was a Friday afternoon, of course. The office was closed for the weekend. Since my tank was empty, I couldn't request a delivery online, but I was able to through the phone automated system - except, I couldn't notify anyone my tank was empty and that I would need a leak test. At least my request was in and queued for delivery in 6 days. I called promptly on Monday to report the situation. My representative, Angela, was terrific and so personable. I was in good spirits over the timing of the situation (running out the same day I returned home) but aware that very severe weather was moving in quickly.
On the 3rd day in, the heaters couldn't keep the house above 43. I was surviving under an electric blanket, barely able to speak or move my fingers. Day 4, I was going to move into a hotel for a few days, but ended up with my car in a ditch on my gravel road, so no option of going elsewhere.
On day 5 I started to experience a tinge of panic. I had never faulted Ferrellgas one second for my predicament, but I suddenly got worried that people might be flooding them with emergency fill requests and might push out my delivery window. I was a little irked with myself for not thinking to ask about one when I had called Monday. I called the automated line which did report a later delivery date than I was being shown in my account.
I called the attended line and reached the same gal (Angela) who immediately remembered talking to me earlier in the week. She was so amazing. She actually took the time to talk to me, tell me a joke... just a genuinely caring and compassionate person. She also reassured me that they weren't taking emergency requests due to severe weather and reassured me that my delivery wouldn't be delayed, and that she would reach out to my regional office. They arrived promptly the following morning! My driver was also great in offering to help me light the pilot on my furnace, but ultimately, I so appreciate Angela investing the time to connect with me as a human being during the crisis. She so helped me to keep my spirits up.
And, again, Ferrellgas has kept their pledge to deliver my propane by the estimated delivery date. Just 6 days after placing my order, despite severe weather.
Oh, don't be fooled by other companies advertising lower ppg rates. They make up for it by tacking on a bunch of fees. Ultimately, the end cost is going to be the same, and they will likely further capitalize on the emergency delivery fees, leaving those that didn't pay the extra out in the cold.
Ferrellgas is trustworthy, reliable, ethical, and just darn nice!

Since transferring to ferrallgas... experience has been absolutely awesome....Great people and team.... prices are good compared to everyone else.... everyone wants cheaper prices but well you know lol..... Highly recommend them and will trust in them for a long time

The Jury is still out. I ordered current order 3 times now , but due to their employee mistake the first 2 times got timed out and the third time it was placed correctly however no propane and they would not expedite order , I’m disabled and no heat now for 15 days. I’ll update post once resolved.

Their policy is, if we make a mistake, the customer pays for it either way! If they overfill , even though you have the fill protection, you pay for it. If you catch their error and have them take back the excess, guess what?? You also pay for them to come out and fix THEIR error. Customer service is friendly. The company policy is garbage and I recommend finding someone else. They are not the most affordable either.

I had to convert from natural gas to propane, Dave at Farrellgas came out immediately to advise about options for the conversion. Erica worked me into the schedule, then Ty and Nate completed the installation going above and beyond their responsibility to remove old pipe, stabilize new connections and regulator, at the same time meeting all the safety regulations required for propane, which I had no idea existed. After they were done Ty promised the tank would be completely filled in 2 days and it was. These employees keep their promises, complete the work professionally and with high quality, and enjoy their jobs. This is rare in 2023. I highly recommend Ferrellgas.

My experience with Ferrell gas has been absolutely fantastic my family has 3 accounts with them.I called on a Monday because I forgot to check my tank and it was almost empty they had someone there Monday afternoon very impressed and would recommend them to everyone thanks again for your great service
