The Jury is still out. I ordered current order 3 times now , but due to their employee mistake the first 2 times got timed out and the third time it was placed correctly however no propane and they would not expedite order , I’m disabled and no heat now for 15 days. I’ll update post once resolved.

Their policy is, if we make a mistake, the customer pays for it either way! If they overfill , even though you have the fill protection, you pay for it. If you catch their error and have them take back the excess, guess what?? You also pay for them to come out and fix THEIR error. Customer service is friendly. The company policy is garbage and I recommend finding someone else. They are not the most affordable either.

I had to convert from natural gas to propane, Dave at Farrellgas came out immediately to advise about options for the conversion. Erica worked me into the schedule, then Ty and Nate completed the installation going above and beyond their responsibility to remove old pipe, stabilize new connections and regulator, at the same time meeting all the safety regulations required for propane, which I had no idea existed. After they were done Ty promised the tank would be completely filled in 2 days and it was. These employees keep their promises, complete the work professionally and with high quality, and enjoy their jobs. This is rare in 2023. I highly recommend Ferrellgas.

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. The driver that installed my new tank was the best. He knew what he was doing and was so friendly. I appreciate Ferrellgas for providing top-notch service.

My experience with Ferrell gas has been absolutely fantastic my family has 3 accounts with them.I called on a Monday because I forgot to check my tank and it was almost empty they had someone there Monday afternoon very impressed and would recommend them to everyone thanks again for your great service

Buy your own tank. No freedom with Ferrell gas. Took over a week to get a delivery on an empty tank. Then the delivery driver never came to the door to help with pilot lights. He left my tag on the tank and said no one was home... I was watching him out the window thinking he was going to come to the door. The only reason I'm leaving one star is because I can't leave 0 stars. Ferrellgas is a big corporation, do your self a favor a go with a small propane company.

I give this company a zero.Pay them in advance to get fuel delivered and they still will not meet there costumers needs. They will let you freeze during the winter time. I do not recommend this company to know body.

I want to prepay my next tank fill-up and it appears it is impossible to talk to a real person. The website is particularly worthless. The automated phone system is terrible. knowing what I now know I do not think I would choose Ferrellgas as my propane provider.
