“We have stayed here every year for state competition in Canton. The peacefulness in February is like no other. Super helpful service. I will say the breakfast pre covid was different than post covid. Not as good, but look, you are in amish country where its a fat mans paradise and a diabetics nightmare so food is not that important ESP at an hotel.”
“We have been to Columbia Woodlands seven times! That alone indicates that this place is INCREDIBLE! We have stayed in three of the cabins and cottages and continue to be amazed and grateful for the attention to detail that is demonstrated throughout the various accommodations. The owners leave nothing to chance and have provided so many luxuries in so many ways all over the resort! Inside and out! A beautiful forest with beautiful lakes and beautiful views everywhere you look, hike, float, paddle or lounge! Not to mention the outstanding staff and service! The amenities go above and beyond our expectations every time. Columbia Woodlands is truly an experience we come back to again and again.”

“We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel! Even though it is rated around 2.5 stars, the rooms and service were truly at a much higher level. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and felt quite new, which made our stay especially comfortable.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We also really loved the pool — it was such a nice bonus, especially because it stays open late. There is also a jacuzzi in the pool area, and it was working perfectly, which was amazing! It was the perfect way to relax after a long and busy day.
Breakfast was also very good and delicious, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!”

“They have golf group packages. Very reasonable prices.
Also, the pool, hot tub and sauna were very clean, and I enjoyed them. And, The Pub was a great place for a night cap.”

“We enjoyed our two day stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in New Philadelphia. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and we had a great breakfast.”
“Beautiful room. Clean and oh so comfy. Free breakfast with mini omelets, sausage links, pastries, a waffle maker home fries and coffee. I didn’t want to leave!
Thanks to Expedia for transferring me here from a terrible hotel and covering the difference.
I thought it was going to be a big deal with me getting charged somehow but everything went smoothly.”
