“I had a package delivered to an old address on accident and got an alert that it was out for delivery. I called the post office and spoke with Andrew about my dilemma. Andrew was so nice, he was going to reach out to the route carrier and have him bring the package back for me so I could just pick it up instead of it being shipped back.”
“They JAMMED a package for my infant into the small mailbox and it took me over two minutes to get it out. The packaging is completely ruined and I can’t get ahold of anyone to tell them about this.Okay changing my review to four stars from one. I got ahold of someone. They were very nice and we ended up laughing together. Said they would take care of the issue with the carrier.”
