I had a great experience with this body shop! They were so easy to work with and handled all of the insurance details for me, which made the whole process completely stress-free. The communication was excellent, and my car looks perfect. Highly recommend!

These guys are the BEST because when you leave your car with them, they know exactly what to do to make it look good again. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere other than Action Auto Body. What impressed me with these guys is their knowledge of their craft. They know what they're doing, and get in there and make your car look new again. They're good guys who do excellent work!

If you want your car fixed in a timely manner DO NOT CHOOSE ACTION AUTO BODY. Between them and Kia my car has been gone over a month. They still have my car. They gave me a date of December 20th but in the same breath told me it might not be done by then?! What a joke.

I was very satisfied with Action Auto body. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did great work. I cannot tell there was ever any damage. They also cleaned the interior and it looks fantastic. I certainly recommend Action Auto Body.

I want to thank everyone who took part in the repair of my car at Action Auto Body in Streetsboro. In particular I want to thank Logan who was my first point of contact. He was able to make me feel very good about bringing my business to Action Auto Body. He is professional, personable, and willing to go the extra distance in giving customer satisfaction. Ms. René is a goldmine of knowledge in helping make the paper process seamless. She is also a wealth of knowledge concerning all things “insurance coverage & claims”. Last but surely not least is Ralph. An invaluable part of the team. His knowledge, experience, personable manner and professional hands-on assistance gave me as a customer added confidence in doing business with them all. I got my vehicle back ahead of schedule, clean, and flawlessly repaired. They treated my older car like new.

My car looks brand new after they worked on it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about the process so your questions are answered by the person who answers the phone. I highly recommend them if you need body work done on your car.

Mark and his crew were exceptional from the initial meeting to determine our needs all the way through final payment. These people were amazing, everyone of them. I hope we don’t need any more auto body repairs but if we do we know where we are taking it. Thank you every one of you.

This place is known for doing great work on your cars so I took it there to get my car fixed after it had been hit in an accident. Their attitudes and helpfulness are exceptional. Unfortunately, my car was deemed totaled so I was not able to have them fix it. They helped walk me through the process of what’s next and what to expect. I wasn’t treated like a customer, rather like family. I don’t know if all places do that, but they truly do. I would recommend them for any of your car needs, and I know if ever needed again I’ll be back. Thanks again to a wonderful group of people.
