Hey folks , I read a lot of bad reviews about this place,? Be honest I don’t know a bout your guys but I am the first time delivery here , I am so happy , I don’t have any problems to check in with a security gate , the 2 lady working at security gate so nice and sweet, it took exactly only 5 minutes to check me in , now I am in dock door less than 15 minutes since I checked in , I rate 5 stars for this place ,

Man I drive 12 hours straight got to this place 2 hours before my appointment time for 7am park on the side to lay down some here come security junking me from his car no parking I’m like bro you know I have delivery here at 7am let me lay down for 2 hours pilot down the street is full and I’m already over my drive time just let me lay down he kept going on about about sign said no parking I wasn’t even in the way not even in their parking lot that was empty he would of let park it’s crazy to me all these companies want you to deliver to them but don’t want you on their property

Absolutely terrible service, I recommend buying appliances any where else. Have been waiting over 2 weeks for a fridge and they still don't know when they will deliver it. AND I LIVE IN THE SAME CITY AS THE WAREHOUSE. What a joke..!!

Got there within the one hour window they say you have to make a delivery, but which they don't put anywhere on the paperwork. Dispatch didn't give me an appointment number, and by the time I got it, they said I was 15 minutes past the one hour window for delivery and needed to be rescheduled. 15 minutes!!!! TRUCKERS, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! YOU LOSE MONEY MAKING A DELIVERY HERE. BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT!!! Any company that is this inflexible has no idea what we have to go through to move these loads on a daily basis. Let them pick up and deliver their own freight. It'll save you money and stress.

Nice folks. Be on time. This is why I do business at Best Buy, they have a truck driver's break room and on the table are mints and doggy treats for your furry beastie. Many warehouses don't have a bathroom, this one does. Do your best to be on time and they will accommodate you. Professional! Thank you.

Save by picking up yourself. Save time and money. A little far out in Richfield but worth the savings. Very easy transaction. Make sure to bring your paperwork.

If you're able to, this is a great way to pick stuff up from Best Buy. It was quick and effortless. The works were very friendly.

*Customer review* Everyone there was polite and respectful. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I read previously in a review that you should go through the truck entrance but that is no longer the case. Go to the normal parking area and you should see a pickup order sign. You will walk in and show them your ID and order number. Once that's done you will back up to the garage door right next door and they will load you order for you.

Came in for a interview and was under the impression that it went well. Turns out it didn't and they don't give any reason why it went badly and they also take their good old time responding back with it as well. They finally emailed me back telling me I was rejected when I already had found another job. I have 4 years warehousing experience in corner of a warehouse and I'm only 22 I didn't really see any reason why I wouldn't get the job as I'm also a veteran.

Load times can vary a lot unfortunately. Could be 20min to 5 hours give or take a day lol. Other then that it's a nice place to pickup a load, large lot, plenty of room, newer facility. But getting in can be difficult at times due to the Pilot truck stop at the beginning of the street that leads into this facility...
