From beginning to end they could not have been nicer and more accommodating! The only reason for the 4, vs. 5 stars is because some things that should have been mentioned regarding the transfer of plates and titles were not but I believe it was due to some of the folks being in training status. Either way, they got the job done in the end and I would go back to them again, 100%

Highly recommend Honda of Streetsboro. We took our CRV to another Honda dealer twice and a tire place once to find the terrible noise in the front end of our car and neither could find the problems. Just said this particular year of the CRV was noisy. Brian and the mechanic at Honda of Streetsboro did not give up, found the issue to be a broken spring, a strut issue and the sway bar. I am so thankful and grateful to both of them as this had been going on for more than a year. Thank you for caring, your kindness and patience in getting to the bottom of this huge safety issue and fixing it!

My husband and I are loyal Honda owners and have been working with Nate at Classic Honda for several years. He is not only professional and knowledgeable, he is one of the nicest people you will meet! Definitely go see Nate if you are looking for a car! We have also had great experiences with everyone we have interacted there in other departments.

We have purchased our fourth vehicle from Classic Honda Streetsboro this week. The Sales group is very knowledgeable and worked with us on our trade-in. Both my wife and I also like the service group who are always helpful and detailed in knowing our vehicles.

Absolutely awful experience with the service center. Came in with an issue involving oil leaking/burning off and my starter was having problems. $ 1,100 later and my oil was empty. They didn’t bother to check if it needed changed. All they did was plug it into a computer and fix what showed up. Did not need those issues fixed. They were cosmetic. Very disappointed and now have to spend more money somewhere else to fix the same issue. I would give 1 star but I’m going to give them credit for being polite and timely.

I have never had an interviewer be late to an interview that they scheduled that was at their office before until today. Poor time management skills, lack of respect for other people’s time. If I wouldn’t work at a business, I definitely wouldn’t shop there. Also, if you are interviewing people, you should allow yourself time between interviews. If you were 5 min late to my interview, that means you really went over your last one by 10-15 min, in which case the lack of time management skills makes me not want to work there.

I had a nice experience purchasing my Honda Accord with Carl. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Carl was knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and answered all my questions thoroughly. Yesterday I purchased another vehicle from Classic Honda in Streetsboro.
Everyone was wonderful, from Derrick in service, to Dustin the manager, to Trevor & Carl in sales!
This is my second lease with Carl, being a female can be a bit difficult at a dealership but not with Carl or the other men I mentioned!
This is now my 5th. Honda, bought 2 in the past, leasing my 3rd.! No problems, pleased with all!!
This is my 2nd. HRV in a row, quite the perfect smaller SUV! ♥️
